ESPN had almost every playoff game till the conference finals on one of their 4 channels. It was great, playoff hockey all night every night. This new "lets get the NHL some exposure" plan of the crack marketing team is well........I cant really describe it except to say it has been odd. I dont live in MI so that goes out the window. Guess I gotta get on the net. and that is pretty lame.

You expect these playoffs to be any different than the last? Think of the last 10 games of the year. Cut the calls by 1/3, get the picture? They should rename the playoffs, WWF on Ice.

I dont hate any wing players either. But I wish this guy would no longer be a wing player is all. If you got assists for passes to the other teams leading to goals this clown would lead the leauge. Mickey even pointed that out a few games ago.

My opinion on Fedoruk: You dont have to fight dude, if you do you may get hurt. If you dont want to get knocked the F out, then dont fight. I think they should make guys that fight in hockey were boxing gloves Sorry the guy got hurt, but cmon the guy wanted to drop em and got racked for it.

I would have to say Chicago. That minor league team they have here is pretty good. the Wolves I think they call them. I agree now the eastern teams can jump on a plane for hours and have an equal to out crappy vancouver trips. So its a lttle further, big deal.

God I miss Vlady. No telling how many cups we would have won had he not gotten hurt. Truly the most fun player I have watched play the games, in my 30 years of watching hockey. Truly miss him Dont forget the guy could fly end to end and had great hands.

I like to believe the owners we duped into believing Bettman had a master plan. BTW, it seems to me the owners in the NHL who actually made money on there teams have no problem with viewership. The fact remains: Betman thinks the way to make the NHL more profitable, is to cater to markets where hockey will never flourish. We all saw how the cap has made the league more balanced. lol The teams usually on top are still there and the teams that are poorly run, overpay and get crappy results. Not much has changed there.

Does this dick even realize VS is not even on all cable sytems? This guy will be the death of the NHL I think owners should break away from the NHL and form a new league. Betman can then finish his dream of making nets bigger, having teams as far south as Key West and having games broadcast on comedy central.

Bert defended a team mate. So what. The hitt Moore threw could have ended the guy he hits carreer too. This is an emotional contact sport. For those of you who dont get that, maybe golf is more your thing.

Would it make some of you feel better it Bert caught Moore with his head down and ended his carrer that way? These guys are athletes, they are always one weird bounce or injury away from losing the ability to play. As long as hockey is a contact sport their will be questionable hits. Until I see the footage of Bert leaving the bench with a knife or brass knuckles to go after Moore, I will assume he didnt intend to really hurt the guy. Rough him up, sure, but break his neck, thats crazy. Do you guys feel that players that stick out a knee should be banned from the NHL if they blow some guys knee out and end his carrer? Far more likly to end someones carreer going knee to knee than punching them in thte head.

I love this fact: Bert broke some guys neck. Why do I love it? When people act a fool, they have to worry if Burt will break someone on their teams neck. Cant wait for this guy to get healthy!!! No disrespect to Moore intended.
