If Nik Lidstrom told you guys to jump off a bridge... -
Hey, we used to have a guy like that! First 4 seasons in the playoffs: 42 GP 3 goals 12 assists Guess who he is and how he turned out?

Crosby, Malkin and Jagr all on one team. That would be sick for a all-time fantasy draft -
The lineup posted has Datsyuk in it so yes, it has a chance

Ask her if she's there for the bang-gang
-
Hmmm, I wonder if that's the prize he gives out at the fair?
-
But what number would he wear? Abdelkader is already #8, would we have to trade him to get Burns?
-
Hell no. The person below me enjoys soccer
-
Maybe there's a new kick-ass ride at the West Edmonton Mall
-
Seriously though, he looks and acts like a carnie
-
Both sound *** to me. Same sex roommate or opposite sex?
-
Agreed, who wants to go to Detroit after being in the tropical winter paradise of Winningpeg
-
Probably travelling around doing Carnie shows
-
No. The person below me has already prepared lunch for tomorrow.
-
Hmmm, I would put him around 15-20 right now with some younger guys than him in that list, throw in the fact that you will have guys coming up through the minors/juniors and there is no way that he gets a Selke nod.

I'm guessing you mean at work but the answer is no The person below me dreads going into work tomorrow morning

Well written OP and agree with a lot of the content and would absolutely love to have Burns on this team but think of the following two points. 1) If I'm the Minnesota Wild and am looking to rebuild Brent Burns is not at the top of the list for moving players. In fact, he is probably #1 on the do not move list. He is relatively young and very solid and many aspects of the game. I agree that Minnesota should do something to rebuild but that makes me want to build around Burns and show him that they are serious about winning long term. 2) If I'm Brent Burns I probably love the prospect of joining the Red Wings. But, remember this... As much as Detroit is a sought after destination for many players it's not like there aren't other "hot" destinations out there. If I'm a sought after FA I want to test the waters and see what 5-8 teams that I want to go to offer me. These are the reasons I don't see Burns going anywhere, especially this year. Next year might be a different story

What's everyone got against Ehrhoff?

People keep telling me that I need to replace my blackberry pearl but it works just fine for what I need. The person below me would rather text than phone someone

I guess the saying "mob mentality" has some truth to it
-
In terms of a wish list: 1. Lidstrom 2. Vokoun 3. Connolly 4. Selanne 5. Hannan 6. Ryder 7. Sullivan 8. Salo 9. Ehrhoff 10. Frolov
