    Yandle on the block?

If Yandle is available I think Detroit should actively pursue him but I have a hard time seeing Phoenix accepting a trade that they would find beneficial.

    Defensive pairings

Really hope that this isn't our D corps going into next season but if I had to choose a lineup now it would look like this: Lidstrom-Stuart Kronwall-Ericsson Commodore-Kindl/other

    Wisniewski possibly headed to Minnesota.

Nill talks Red Wings draft picks

Jurco could be a great pick pending his development but he kinda reminds me of Filatov for some reason but I hope he develops better than Nikita has to this point.

    Cap is official 64.3 Million.

I like the Wisnieski option too, just not as much as Bieksa Ya, this doesn't surprise me one bit. I thought getting Bieksa was a little bit of a pipe dream

Wild Firesale Could Mean Wings Benefit

I would love Burns on the team. That trade isn't bad.

Trades on the table for the draft?

LOL, what? Yes, generally you sign NTCs or no movement clauses because you don't want to be traded or moved. How is that hard to understand? It perfectly describes what it is. I have yet to hear a "Only trade me to these teams" clause. EDIT: This post does come off as simple minded but the point remains the same. I understand many NTCs have special modifications where the player submits a list of teams that he will not accept a trade to but Jay Bouwmeester does not and that's what started this little troll war we have going

    Bettman Re-Alignment Proposal

Wow. Interesting idea, but they should either have 4 divisions with divisional playoffs to create rivalries and have more games within that division per year or totally scrap divisions and just have 2 conferences with balanced games and 1-8 seeding

    Hudler's Future

Why don't we try and figure out how Hudler works in this system instead of all these hypothetical trade situations? I think Hudler can work here but I'm not really sure how yet. If he doesn't than good riddance but the focus should be on player development from a team's perspective rather than just trying to trade everyone and honestly, this is an area that the Red Wings organization does very well at.
