Anyone can look at the tape and figure out what the Wings do and how they do it, it's not brain science. The system doesn't work without the right players. Jim Devallano and Jim Nill have as much to do with the Wings success as Scotty did while he was on the bench. Scotty was a great coach and had a great feel for the game on the bench. He's no longer on the bench.
