Great job on the GDT !

Babs loves him some 4th liners. Most ice time by the forwards goes Hank, Floater, Glendenning. Sorry but that is just stupid. And to be fair, LFG probably was playing the best out of those three. Babs doesn't seem to want to ride the hot hand. I'd be double shifting Nyquist not demoting him from the first line. I'd also try to get more ice time for Tatar.

    Weiss

For everyone's sake, we need to see if he can play in real games. Even if he wanted to be traded, no one would take him right now. And if the Wings don't want to dump him, they best see how well he can perform. But what the hell, I could be wrong, sit his ass!

I agree with almost everything except the love of Babs. I respect him but hard to love a coach that does some of the things he does. Let me make this a simple thought. Right now, your best two players are Nyquist and Tatar. Use them. No really, not third line crap, use them! Swapping Abby for Nyquist on the first line made me want to vomit.

So glad Babs is moving away from his Abby on the first line mantra. I don't know why it was such a challenge to see Nyquist belongs there. Also curious about Smith and KFQ swapping, that seems odd.

Fan turnout at last night's Panthers' game

No offense, but you seriously are putting those four teams in the same league as Florida….at any time? Even at their lowest points, Chicago, Washington and Pitt were hard core hockey towns. If you had just said Tampa, I guess that would be sort of relevant but not for the past 12 years really. So on second thought, I have no idea what you are trying to compare, none of those teams are or have been remotely like Florida in the current millennium.

The real challenge comes when you expand to four more cities. Now you are diluting the TV contracts by another 12% or so per team, as well as revenue from other teams. I don't know how they will prop up useless teams like Florida, Columbus, Phoenix/Arizona/Glendale/WhoGivesACrap, and even the Islanders.

Propped up by other teams and TV deals. Like a few other teams.
