No, they are basically going to give you the seats for half price if they don't make the playoffs. The rub is that there are limited tickets available for the plan.
-
Rafalski has been out a little while, as has Franzen. You also have a new point man in Modano. These are things they have to adjust to.
-
They also screen the calls, so they can push whatever train of thought that they want. I think the only radio show that I ever hear talking hockey is Todd Wright on Sporting News Radio.
-
I haven't listened to sports talk radio in Detroit in a long time. If you can at least get them to start talking about sports, they usually leave out hockey. I think the problem is they have no one who really know much about it. They should give one of the Wings announcers a show.

I have recognized a few usernames on here. Don't know if others are using different names.

Eaves and Lindsay signings coming up at DC Sports

I would. -
Yes, I had the same username.

I thought this, as well. However, I think it is better to let Howard get a few starts in a row. Goalies play better when they get in a groove.

I am assuming it is the same knee he had cleaned out over the summer. I guess it didn't respond to that. What, to ride the bench? The Wings would not have brought him up, yet. They already have a young Kindl in. Janik is the first depth defenseman that gets called up.
-
Not needed right now because they have all ready called up Janik. http://www.capgeek.com/charts.php?Team=15 Putting Draper on short-term injured reserve made a roster spot for Janik, and his salary fit in what they had left under the cap.
-
Even if he did retire, his salary would have still counted, since he signed his deal after his 35th birthday.

Rafalski had his knee cleaned out in the preseason. Looks like it may be acting up again.
-
Actually, they are usually called. One example is the Kronwall hit on Havlat.
-
This is the NHL we are talking about. Keith will not be suspended.
-
They need defensemen. Lilja is not going to be fighting. He does not want another hit to the head.
-
I think WunderRadio is on Android, as well as iOS. You can get 97.1, plus a lot more, on that app.
-
Way he went tonight. I would stick with the current one.

Babcock said it is to match up better with Getzlaf and Perry. Two big bodies. He said he will decide after the game if the pairings stay the same for future games.

Abdelkader out, Bertuzzi questionable for tomorrow's opener

Maltby has not been officially recalled. It is just speculation at this point. -

There is talk that this may happen. -
He might be playing Friday, then retiring.

Not quite sure if anyone actually read the article, but Babcock says this is mostly a matchup issue. He wants a bigger Ericsson going against Getzlaf and Perry. We will see how it goes from there.
