I voted no. Teams Like Det shouldn't have to shell out millions just because they have made there teams successful. Teams that cannot support them selves without aid from other teams should be gone. Dismantle the team or move it to a better market.

Luongo isn't a free agent at the end of the year he is a RFA. Florida has the right to match any offer and if they don't they get draft picks from us depending on how much he signs for. I agree with your point, but Luongo has never played a playoff game, so it's hard to tell what he'll do. I'm pretty certain he'll be amazing, but you never know. If all it took to get Luongo is Lang and Legace, they'de be long gone by now. It's gonna take something alot more than that.
