That's weird. I didn't think the owner of a house has rights to accept/decline an offer if the house goes into Foreclosure. I'm fairly confident Lilja does know more about real estate than you. Nice couple saves by Conkblock. Great reaction on the pop-up. Maltby......use your head!

If the house went into foreclosure you should get it for even cheaper then. I would assume your offer gets voided because the owner no longer has the rights to the house, meaning you should be ok to offer even less and hopefully still get it.

To be fair, this doesn't necessarily sound like it was a risk of playing hockey. I wonder if this kid had an internal problem that doctors never picked up on. Otherwise, this just doesn't make much sense.
