Absolutely it does, but the Wings depth up front is somewhat comparable to that of Colorado's. When you eliminate the Wings top 3 Dmen it more than balances out for Colorado being without Sakic and Stastny.

You know what though J, I've rewound the film already and it looks like Lids put plenty of weight on his right knee as soon as he got up. I wouldn't be surprised if the Wings conveniently said "knee" injury, but its just a case of being woozy and cautious. Here's hoping atleast.

QFT in all areas. Since he wasn't going to sign with the Wings, I'm glad he's not coming back at all. It would be all the Wings needed for a team like Anaheim or San Jose to get him.

Usually, I don't raise a fuss around here when changes are made, but this is ridiculous. If these owners can't make enough money to keep their goalie's from looking like a living billboard, then they shouldn't own a team. This is getting out of hand for some owners.

You're right in saying maybe I shouldn't let it get to me, but what purpose would BS panic posts serve? Does it make you or anyone feel better to whine on an internet forum? Does that make the Red Wings win the next game? I'm not saying you don't have a right to be frustrated, but I don't see the purpose in just chewing a team out without reasoning other than checking the NHL.com stat tracker.

The reason I'm challanging your posts is because they aren't realistic. That's what makes me hate this site. It has nothing to do with the Wings play.......its the BS comments people make about the Wings and how certain posters feel they have the Wings all figured out.
