Meh. They could've (and probably should've) mentioned the Wings' cushy lead overall, but probably thought "why beat a dead horse?" Besides, even the casual fan more than likely knows which team has the best record to date. It's talked about in every pre-game that doesn't take place at the Joe. -
TBH, I don't feel many people have that perception of AO. I think he's well known around the league as not only a scorer but a physical hitter as well.

Given that they don't have any playoff/performance incentive bonuses. I'm not sure if they have any but "Duck Guy" might be more familiar with this area.
