I suppose a lot will depend on when the next series starts, which will likely be Saturday the 26th. Thats pretty much a week and a half away, which could be pushing it to say the least. Maybe he could return midway through the next round if the Wings are still rockin'.

If the Wings are fortunate enough to move on I'll definitely be making the 9 hour drive from Green Bay to Detroit, and be there for the SCF's.

I would assume Kopecky will be given a limited role tonight, so he can get back up to speed, and not be a hindrance while doing so. Here's hoping he can make a difference on the Wings forecheck, and help keep the puck in our offensive zone.

You manipulate what I post so it fits what you want to say, and I need to chill? Besides, don't lie and say that you thought I was being serious. If you had read the remainder of that sentence (which I'm sure you did, because you conveniently took out the comma and added a period) you would know what I was posting about. The fact of the matter is, no one has the right to manipulate someones posts in to something they weren't. You did that, and I called you on it. What if I changed what you were saying? Is that fair?

Whether Dom intentionally meant to let go of his stick or not is irrelevant in this case. The fact of the matter is that Dom was moving to his side to make the save, and his stick came out. When I get home tonight, I'm going to watch the replay at greater length to make my conclusion. I was entertaining company during the game last night, and unfortunately, wasn't able to hit the rewind button on my DVR as much as I would have liked. The Vs. announcers made mention of Dom possibly getting his stick kicked out by Getzlaf, but also stated that Dom might have let it go on purpose without Getslaft even touching it. I'll take a look closer tonight. That being said, Dom made the save with his glove hand anyway, and the stick didn't affect Getzlaf's shot. I'm not saying it wasn't illegal if thats what happened, but its just worth mentioning that he wouldn't have scored even if Dom's stick wasn't in question.
