I like this statement. Ozzie was an unknown before he won the cup. Now it seems like a lot of Ozzie supporters use the fact that he's won it once before as the base of their arguement. Manny will be an unknown too, until he wins the cup. It's time to give him that chance.

I am getting so sick of hearing these deals that never seem to come together. This should be an interesting Topic!!! Think about everyone, that just the WINGS were supposed to get. How many of them are actually on the team. We were supposed to get Khabi.....didn't happen. Now I hear rumors of dumping a guy like Draper. It was hard enough to lose Mac, and now lets dump a guy who had a break out year, and doesn't show signs of slowing. Now I like the idea of Heatley for Datsyuk, but i'm not sold on it just yet. ANYONE, please respond with meaningful trade rumors that you TRULY believe have a shot of going through, and what there possibly new line on the Wings would be. -NeverForgetMac#25

I think this topic will stir up some good conversation. I am so sick of all these so-called Trade Rumors that never go through. First, we were going to get Khabi............didn't happen. Then we were going to get a few different Leafs players (even Sundin was listed as a possiblilty). Now I hear, let's trade Drapes. Thats almost as depressing as when we lost Mac. I've heard a good one would be Datsyuk for Heatly. I'm not sure how I feel about this, but that might not be a bad idea, seeing is that two new teems might have better luck getting each of them cheaper. Please respond to this topic, with TRADE RUMORS that are actually somewhat legit. Also, put down what lines you could see them potentially playing on. Cheers, and GO WINGS!

Thats kind of what I mean. Yeah, it sure is fun to hear the different things that are going on, but it would be nice to get people's on thoughts on trades that they truly believe will go through.
