No my comments were more towards the topic at hand which were about the dumb fans on twitter...your's obviously were not. don't get mad at me. Anyways your post started off talking about the Canadians love for the game which I figured thats what you were getting at is the reason why these fans did what they did. "Considering American's have 10 times the population of Canada, its really a moot point bringing up Canadians love for Hockey." Then you strayed off with some stats that have nothing to do with the topic.

Again this is a moot point. You can post stats until you are blue in the face. Still doesn't excuse the meat heads like we seen on those tweets. And the fact that just because a sport was changed a bit and updated in Canada doesn't mean that Canada is the only country that play it good. Canada needs to thank the Brits for Hockey.

This is all well and good but still doesn't excuse the fact you shouldn't act like Canada is the only place in the world hockey should be played and the teams in Canada are the only ones that should ever win anything.

oh my god really? wow.......*shakes head* I'll leave that alone. On to the topic at hand.. I don't see anyone scoring that much in this few games. I think a big reason will be every player will be going all out most of the nights with a shorter season so I don't see someone scoring/getting points that easy.

I agree with points both you and redwingsdad make but the truth is..don't expect him to wear the C on this team anytime soon if he can't speak any better than what he does. He has to be a leader of this team in all aspects not just his play on ice.

shoot clark and gilmour were awesome. I'm with you. Love Z but I would love for him to show more emotion like redwingsdad said.

Yeah I think Toot's is a very interesting pickup. I really want to get a chance to see him play with the wings. Players just seem to be different when playing with the wings. You never know. Like you said in the other post would love to see another tough guy picked up. The wings will need it in this short season.

I hate to say it but I will miss ol Happy's smile in the shootout. Weather he was the man shooting or on the bench. He always had that smile=) I would love to see Brunner get the shot.

I could say the same about others on here after the 123 pages of Buttman did it and only Buttman but if I did I would be breaking the rules that the mods have said over and over, time and time again that some just don't seem to be able to follow.No some can't see that it's simply not just Bettman that's doing this. He was hired by the owners and pretty much controlled by the owners to do what he is doing. Oh yeah even our own Mr I probably doesn't mind whats going on. Not sure why some have not really picked up on that all these years....I guess it's more fun to have 1 person to blame and come up with all those catchy names you have for him. While on the other side you have Fehr that some how is getting a pass by most on here like he is some kind of savior of hockey. I will say it again...I hate both sides....I hate that we don't have hockey....I hate that the owners and the nhlpa are a bunch of greedy SOB's and we fans are the ones getting the short end of the deal. I hate the fact that the lowest paid player in the NHL is making more money than most of us will even see in our lifetime or that anyone would ever need to live but they still want more and you still have fans that feel sorry that they aren't getting even more ...they are the ones that trained all their childhoods to play a sport...to be in the entertainment business so they should be the ones making more than the owners that have took all of the risk to put the players out on the ice. The whole thing is just crazy.

Oh yeah that's right because this whole thing is the boogie man Bettmans fault. Saint Fehr is getting ready to pass out presents this Christmas to all of the players and fans of the nhl. I forgot all about that.
