If Chara doesn't win, he'll at least be a runner up, and yeah Green will be a runner up too. I think the 3 will be Lidstrom, Chara, and Green in whatever way you want to put it.

I haven't read this whole thread... But am I the ONLY one who still thinks Crosby is better than Ovechkin? Crosby's overall hockey sense is uncanny, no one can match it.

In all sports, there is one guy I feel sorry for... RUDY ***. He is a pretty good basketball player, but will probably never be able to sell any jerseys, aside from people maybe wearing them at home games.

You are right when I think about it, but top 5 for sure... Jagr, Lemieux, Yzerman, and Gretzky were perhaps better, I don't think anybody else was... Maybe Bure or Neely on some occasions, but who else?

Same team for me is probably Roy, Lemieux, and Foote as well... But all time is Pronger, Roy, and Lemieux in no order because I hate them all equally. Oh... McCabe, Tucker, and Belfour are close too.

This IS Sergei in his prime right? Yeah, Gordie really rated him low considering he was one of the league's top 3 forward throughout the early to mid 90s. It's tough to say he was better than Datsyuk is now, but many can argue.

He has pretty hot last season too... I don't know, one year wonders don't usually increase their level year by year and then suddenly fall off the face of the Earth, I mean he's only 23. He probably has a really good career ahead of him and I could see him improving his defensive ability just like Gonchar did. Personally I like this kid.

If Florida makes the playoffs, and if he's still on the team of course... Give him HUGE consideration. Anyways, I really wish Shea Weber was still a front runner for this award like he was in the first quarter of the season. It would be great to see him get it, aside from Lids of course.

The fastest ever might be Russ Courtnall. Haven't seen his name in this thread. Overall though, the fastest in the league might be Matthew Lombardi.
