I can't see Datsyuk ever really winning Hart. No one knows if he has really hit his peak, but he is in his prime years which will last maybe another 5-7 years. During that time guys like Crosby, Ovechkin, Malkin, etc. will only get better. Maybe even Stamkos, Tavares... Hall?

Well it's impressive that Ovechkin can now possibly be mentioned with those legendary... Regardless of what trophies did or didn't exist of course. Who knows, maybe Conn Smythe? Heh.

They didn't have a Richard trophy that year... But yeah, he only won Ross, Hart, and Pearson that year.

It's going to be... Ovechkin Malkin Brodeur Them three, Thornton, Lidstrom, Luongo, or Iginla would win before Datsyuk, IMO.

I want Vancouver to creep closer to playing Anaheim in the first round... So they could win. Maybe they could give Pronger what he deserves, although I don't think anyone on Vancouver is capable of doing that. Maybe Burrows? Either way, Vancouver needs revenge.

The thing is, he can't do that. The whole part about being a good hockey player is having good instincts. Shoot, pass, stickhandle, etc... These options should click in a matter of milliseconds. Sammy is not a good hockey player, and does not have good instincts, and just can't develop those instincts. They come natural, and Sammy is naturally bad.

Fresh off a 10 of 11 game losing skid, it's not really a stretch to predict playoff disaster. Fortunately though, I have faith..

8 games, 30 games, 100 games... The worst thing about this is Pronger doesn't seem to have any sympathy.

It's virtually the only stupid mistake Babcock makes. The reason (that Babcock has) is the fact that Sammy is a right hand shot, and it makes for good chemistry on the point.

I'm thinking the same thing. Signing him at 3.75M is not a dream at all. It actually might be a hefty amount for Rolston.

Gaborik vs Datsyuk, IMO. Meaning it wouldn't be a stretch to take Gaborik, but the SMART thing to do is take Datsyuk. Anybody on any walks of life would take Datsyuk over Boyes.

I'll take both please. Oh, Rolston is a 30 goal scorer still. I mean he has 27 this season, and with 11 games left, he is more than likely to get 30 or more. Brunnstrom is good, but let's not overhype him like a certain Igor Grigorenko.

Never seemed to hustle, took a fair share of bad penalties, whined alot, and was a pretty big underachiever considering his potential. Was highly overrated too, especially in his later days.
