I remember him hoisting the cup this year for the Ducks, looking like a freeloader.
-
Who will challenge the Wings for Central title?
BeeRYCE replied to Bert44Wingsfan's topic in General
I still think the Preds will be able to contend. Radulov is going to be great next season. Mason should/could hold his own as a starter. Shea Weber and Ryan Suter are going to be dynamite as the top D. Sure Nashville lost some guys, but I don't know, they still look pretty good, and with Shea Weber and Radulov being two of the future elite in the NHL, it's pretty hard to rule Nashville out, IMO. -
Yeah, but the balance between Fedorov being a greedy ******* and what he has done here is very hard to dispute. Sure he wanted some money, but we won 3 cups in which we probably wouldn't have been able to win without him. I don't think he should get booed everytime he touches the puck at the Joe, that's for sure.

Talk about going wide, man.
-
So Daniel Radcliffe over JOHNNY DEPP? Crazy talk.
-
Okay, I guess it would have been more of a debate if I had asked "who was the better player." Seemingly people are leaning towards Fedorov in that regard. ...Yes I apologize, I was confusing TALENT with overall effectiveness, in which Stevie does have more effectiveness than Sergei. Okay, discussion over, Steve over Sergei anyday, don't know what I was thinking. BUT, new question... Who will do better this upcoming season, Patrice Bergeron or Ryan Getzlaf? Me and Revnic are betting to see which guy will get more points. STEVIE VS SERGEI DISCUSSION = OVER. I GOT OWNED.

I'll disagree. Tomlinson shattered records in rushing last season. David Beckham probably isn't even a top 5 soccer player anymore, he is just most well known because of his looks and the fact that he's banging Posh Spice.

Yeah, I'd say 6 million, give or take.

The bigger names are highlighted. Not to mention, he is using an Reebok helmet.
-
Chelios is only human, who knows if this is THE last year... I doubt it.
-
I can't see them planning for a game in Buffalo or Detroit, the weather is too unpredictable. At least in Edmonton, they know when it's going to be freezing.
-
Crosby is already making the mad bucks with endorsements. He's making 3 million from each Reebok and Gatorade amongst others like Pepsi, Sherwood, Upper Deck, Timbits Hockey, etc. So with him making 9M for 5 years, that would grant him 15-20M per year including endorsements.
-
No, YOUR first order of business would be locking up Osgood. But hey, why not?
-
Bourque's case was different, he spent all those years in Boston not winning a single cup. Modano at least won a cup. Bourque went to Colorado with cup guarantees written all over.
-
I think both Z and Dats will account for at least 100 points. Barring injuries of course, but I believe they will at least be on pace for 100+ points if they were to play an 82 games schedule.
-
Yeah, I can see number 20.
-
Sillinger is a good captain, but it's too risky seeing as he'll probably go to his 100,000th team before the season is over.
-
Okay, I guess I can accept 550K.
-
Should have gave it to Witt, IMO.
-
This is so identical to Greg Johnson, it's scary. - Greg Johnson was captain of a team in our division before we got him, as was Drake. - Drake is just as useless as Johnson. - They're both old and past there below mediocre primes. - They're both ex-Wings. Holy shnikeys.
-
Colby Armstrong would fit perfect on the Red Wings with his red hair. But in all seriousness, I'd love to see him here. I always thought he was a pretty good player, even with his upsetting season. He's also funny, great guy in the locker room.

Hmm, not too sure about that. Plenty of other possible fish in the sea.
