I honestly don't think he's playing that great sorry... I've watched every game I could, and to me, he just looks irresponsible in his own end, and sloppy in the other... Lazy passes, lazy effort on the forecheck/backcheck, and he just looks like he doesn't belong. The turnovers, some say are a needless stat, but from what I've been watching... They've been bad turnovers. Turnovers that resolve from trying to do things himself in the neutral zone, and entering the offensive zone. I'm not a big stat guy either, I like to give players credit for everything they do, and look at stats second... But he definitely should not get props for just 5 points in 11 games, with a -6. Considering there are 10 players ahead of him in points, I don't know... I feel he should be no less than 6th on the team in points. Sorry for being a buzzkill, he just has not impressed me.

I like the art work, but I don't like the rounded style helmet... The shape just looks absolutely hideous. If they were able to make the shape of the helmet look a little more, you know, easy on the eyes... Then I'd be all for Ozzy wearing it.

John Tavares, Victor Hedman, Matt Duchene, Evander Kane, Ryan O'Reilly, and Dmitri Kulikov are the only ones that I know that from the 09 Draft that are playing in the NHL. All are playing pretty well, but none nearly as surprising as Ryan O'Reilly... Him and Tavares I think will be neck and neck in the Calder race.

There was periods where I liked Yzerman, then Shanahan, then McCarty. I also liked Bure and Mario Lemieux a whole lot too... For the most part though, my favourite was Stevie, and always will be. The post Yzerman era, my active favourite now is definitely Zetterberg.

A team like Detroit, yeah that's a stupid idea to tank a season. But teams like Toronto, Isles, Florida, Minnesota... Teams like that doing poorly now... If they tank the season, anyone of them could have a significant impact next season with the addition of Taylor Hall alone. The kid is THAT good.

Czech Replubic? Nah... Their best players don't go anywhere beyond Havlat, Hemsky, or Jagr. All they have on D is Kaberle, and Vokoun in net. Slovakia has Gaborik, Hossa, and Chara, not much else. Finland on paper do not look better than USA, but they tend to do well as a team, so I won't argue them... But USA could very well be better than them too. Point is, I don't see nothing worse than a 4th place finish from the Americans.

When it comes to all out depth, Canada is the strongest team, by far... But if the top players play the most valuable, yeah, Russia can be deadly.
