I really like Stuart so far, and I have to admit the team is looking better. These past two wins have taken the sting off not making a major splash at the trade deadline. I think the injuries and the loosing streak really amplified the situation beyond what it was.

Actually I've never sworn on here until just the other day in the thread you started regarding the GWG off the netting. I noticed your F-bomb and thought, oh it must be ok to occasionally emphaize your point. So I followed suit. I certainly understand the sensitivity towards others, I also understand the fact that this isn't an age specific site. I will go back to occasionally cursing with "*". Your absolutly right, and those that would riot, would be overreacting. I cannot count how many times someone has made a comment about one of Dom's unorthodox goaltending methods, it doesn't matter if it's flopping, haseking, going behind the net...whatever he does it has seemed to work for him through his career. His stats and accolades prove that, so the next time he does a Dom like move and gets scored on, maybe it would be prudent for the mass public to stop and think about how many times in his career prior that very same moved has saved a goal, a game, and possibly a championship. The message is still the same, if it works 9 times out of 10 you keep doing it.

That's just silly regardless of the "move" conventional or not eventually someone will score a goal on it, but if it worked the other 99 times you did it then you keep using it. By your logic maybe goalies shouldn't use the "butterfly" anymore because they've been scored on while trying to stop the puck that way?!

I agree, I think that people were really getting down on him because no one (other than Dats & Z) were scoring. Maltby wasn't brought here to be a goal scorer and he's still good at his role, and at a great price!

Kronwall is injury prone because of his wreckless style of play when it comes to his body. Hopefully he'll learn to be just a little smarter about who's bearing down on him and how to not leave himself open. His offense and defense have been great this year and he does look really good these past two games.

I'm glad you said something, I didn't catch it at first and was about to blast Gritz for reaching an all time new low.

It would have been nice to have Luongo on the Wings, but it would be interesting to think how different the team would look if we had taken on his big contract. As it turned out I think it worked out for the better not having him, but we'll never know.

I appreciate the positivity but I don't know that it holds much water. Playoff games are won and lost (most of the time) by ugly one goal games. If we can't win them now, we won't be able to then either. I'm not pushing the panic button but we need to find a way to win these s***ty games, more so in the playoffs than now, but these type of games will keep coming in April, May, and June

Just left Bettman a message...and no I didn't threaten his life or swear at him. I wanted to but I actually care about the game and I wanted him to actually listen to the message. I clearly expressed my anger with the lack of call and the lack of the ability to review the play.

I am ******* livid! You are 100% right...then the refs call some bulls*** penalties on the sharks to try and give us one...that's the problem with the game...Mickey just hit the nail on the head, "It just makes us look bush-league"

I think the Avs makes the most sense but I can't help thinking that Detroit will make a push...honestly I'm not 100% positive I want them to.
