I like the idea of Hossa I am just skeptical that we can get him and resign him and keep Z. On the cheaper side I wouldn't mind seeing Fed's back here. Blake would be a nice addition on the blueline. Don't forget Mac as well. I am still holding out some hope there.

I agree with you on moving Sammy first but I think that Sammy has far less trade value. As far as the other players with Hudler's size, those are good point but all of them are much faster and better skaters than Huds. That assists them in overcoming their size difference. As far as ice time he's averaging about 13minutes a game, that's not too bad for a second line forward considering he doesn't PK.

He just a good a chance as any of the other top 5 leaders right now. Go Hank! Of course that could mean his asking price goes WAY up. I'd like to think that he'll take a nice discount for us though. Don't forget though Dat's is only 5 points behind Z. How cool would it be to have the number one and number two top scorers in the league, hell I'd even take two in the top five!

LOL me too...I guess I didn't notice that he had that many great hits or blocked shots...maybe I'm wrong. That being said those stats are more about working hard than skill and who's to say one of our younger D-men wouldn't bring that to the table?

Not true...he gets pushed off the puck all the time...he has a hard time forechecking and often gets over powered in the slot too. I'm not saying get rid of him for nothing but I wouldn't pay him much more than he's making now either...If it were the right deal I'd accept a trade. He's just one of the players I would say are replaceable.

I'm with you on Lebda Grittz...I think the thing that makes Lebda an asset is his incredible speed. I don't really expect him so score but he does a great job of carrying the puck for us and if he does make a mistake and pinch he can usually cover it because of his speed.

Sign Cleary, and Babs! Pass on Lilija...we have a lot of young D men and he seems replacable to me. Flip is a must...he will only get better. Huds to me is expendable...he has good skill but his size is an issue.

Ken is a great broadcaster, he's very accurate when calling the players names, even the ones from the other team. He has excitement in his voice during the right times, and he has intelligent conversations with Mickey about "now" topics in Hockey. The two of them also offer some behind the scenes insight resulting from the time they spend with the team. The useless facts are just part of sports in general, they have a guy that does nothing but look up stats and records and feeds them with the information. Overall I think it's a very entertaining show!

It's possible that Mac won't be back till next year...a training camp invite maybe. But I am really pulling for a miracle return this year so he can assist with our Stanley Cup run!

Your right we are spoiled, and my opinion didn't come from tonights game, I've formed this from watching him play over the dozen of so games I've seen at the Joe this year. I'm not trying to hang him or anything just offering my opinion and waiting to hear the LGW faithful chime in. After all what are discussion board for if not for debates? Would be pretty boring if everyone responded with yes, I agree, yep, your right.... LOL
