I agree with putting Bert on the 1st pp line- he's not a 2nd line player, and Holmstrom hasn't been doing anything. Babcock is thick-skulled though, and it won't happen. For his own sake, he'd better hope that he wins this series.

the reason they didn't play Hasek in back to back games during the season is so that he'd be fresh for the playoffs. he will play every game (barring a disaster).

Yeah, let's make threads about Lidstrom for one bad game...and then one about Bertuzzi after coming back from nearly a whole season off..If you haven't noticed, there is only one constant in this cluster of names- Lang playing like garbage. It's the same thing every single night with Lang, no effort and no production.

CRY.ME.A.RIVER. Has it occured to you that we may have lost "a game" because of Lang? Just because everyone has been down on Lang (Do you think there might be a reason?) all season, doesn't mean we should just sit there and watch him coast around the ice and cough the puck up..in silence, at least. Lang has played absolutely brutally for the better part of the season- it's time for a change. Put a player in that will produce- I hope Lang does get rolling soon, but think that sitting him 1 game could only help.
