Yep. Detroit needs another troll. That has been severely lacking since Malts retired. Bert can't be the only troll all on his own. Yes, opposing teams dislike Homer, but not because he is a pest. -
It's not that bad. I got one as a gift about 10 years ago, and I have worn it a couple of times. Just not to anywhere where real hockey fans would be likely to show up.

Well, that history has to go somewhere, and since the totality of the franchise is what's changing hands/locations, it makes more sense to leave it intact. Naturally, you have to specify when talking about the older team's accomplishments, but it would diminish the value of the franchise overall if the history was stripped away.

I am rooting against the Devils, Rangers, Blues, and Predators. Since the Wings can't win this year, I want a team who hasn't won it before to win, but I hate the Blues and Preds, so they're out. I want the Caps to come out of the East, and the Kings or Yotes from the West. -

I can't imagine that Babs and Holland didn't talk about the lack of anything that would make the team successful. I can only think that Holland failed to do anything on his own, and is thus the cause of this years epic collapse. That and the lifetime deal for Franzen really hosed the Wings. -
It's really a process of elimination for me. NOT the Blues NOT the Hawks NOT the Preds NOT the Pens NOT the Sens If anyone else wins, I'm ok with that.

Ha ha. Cheating is awesome! We should really encourage it, so you see more players disrupting rushes from the bench and stealing pucks. Can the league publicly congratulate him on his "cagey" move, so more players take notice?

I wonder if the series would have gone differently if the Preds weren't able to cheat and add a player after the deadline. Probably not too much different, but who knows.
