Well I knew Williams sucked, I'm not a fan of Sammy but people did point out he has some decent D. I guess Lang or Kronwall, Lang you could see this coming though. Also I think Maltby has been playing his role pretty well as of late. Lets just hope Sammy has an "upperback injury" come playoff time, and I like Cleary's heart but I really wouldn't expect to much out of him for the rest of the season. Heres hoping I'm wrong.

Man I'm tired of hearing well once Z or Bert comeback then then we will.... Hockey is a team sport we are supposed to be able to adjust accordingly with or without certain players, they aren't back you either win or lose the damn game they aren't going to put it on hold until they are better, I swear some of you sound like the ******* Preds fans with well once Forsberg comesback, who gives a f*** win the game with what you got.

I have to admit I thought people were talking out of there asses on Hudler, but man he has a quick shot, and if that was first glimpses of him with minutes, some teams are really in for a suprise during the playoffs, BYE SAMMY

s*** happens, its done, nobody can change it and it probably hurt Bert more then Moore in the end, because more sure as hell is not worth what 19mill. He wasn't the nicest of guys and new something was coming, its tragic but it also was an accident.

should be an intresting few weeks, I say let as many AHL players play for us in the time being. We can rest before the play offs see of any types of line changes for the playoffs, shows how we play through adversity.

Damn, I really want to get this guy to be a Wing, since the begining of the year, I've been hoping because he is a good fighter, and is strong, beat the hell out of the boogyman. He also seems to be pretty classy, if you watch how he acts, and listen to him when he was mic'd up before a fight.

Lang really hasn't done much, but everyone on here talks just about play off ability, so according to that logic, I would say keep lang and bring up the to youth's. Even though I like Cleary's work ethic, I do believe that Lang is actually has more talent. As for Jason Williams, I say we have him and Lilja fight to the death, the winner then gets eaten by sharks.

I was just thinking about how great our prospects looked last time they all played against I think it was the Blues, with all this talk of trades(I know it would never happen)but why not dump Lilja, Williams, and Sammy for someone just anyone decent, then bring up some prospects, and maybe Norton b/c he wasn't as bad as any of the 3 players I just named. I know there would be no playoff experience, but it seemed like they had plenty of heart, and we know Norton has grit, Hussey looked like he had some to. I'm just saying in theory wouldn't it be a worthy risk to just dump those that haven't dont s*** for us anyway and let the young guns have a shot now see what they can do going near the playoffs. Hell even if we don't finish first in the West we know we have a spot so...

yes jason williams is that bad. I would rather have Lilja like I said. Williams isn't strong, has no d, and has no shot. One good quarter of a season and we are supposed to just keep justifying him playing like s***. He really wasn't even that impressive when he was on his streak. Kopecky at least showed some heart and balls out there, plus I dont think they brought him up for his goal scoring ability either, at least I hope not.

no way i totally disagree with that, Williams is just bad I almost would rather have Lilja play in front of him. As far as the Lilja I meant as in another defensive prospect to come in and take his place, then with trading away Williams and Sammy, you could either bring those 2 down but I suppose with trading them you would be getting someone better in return so just bring in one. You do make a good point about Sammy being a few of the players that can score but he has yet to prove that this year, even when healthy his shooting has been just as bad. As for Maltby I was just saying Sammy was like him in the agitator role, but not nearly as good. Plus Maltby has really been playing like he has something to prove lately. Yes Sammy is a better goal scorer, but I don't really think his impact coming back will do anything, so why not try to make a few moves. We know we can live with out him, and we want to live with out the other 2, therefore bring in someone decent, and try something new. Just curious because you folks don't seem to keen on the younger guys what did you think of Kopecky when he was playing?
