Well, it sucks we lost. But can't hate the effort, Nyquist/Emmerton/Murzak line look pretty good too. All you can ask sometimes is for an effort

WTF, The Cup! I certainly hope the mgmt/coaching staff/players, don't think anything less is a success either.

Interesting, you say don't blame the staff, then point out how Babs should have Pav/Nyquist and talk about the pairing of Kronwall/Stu being bad. Not to mention Bert/Mule/Cleary all playing terrible or even playing, if that isn't the coaching staffs fault (and the players themselves) then whose fault is it? The coaches are responsible for rewarding and disciplining players, or sitting players who are "injured".

I don't want to get my hopes up... BUT please please PLEASE let this be true -
I'd rather Nyquist play with Z/Flip he just seemed like he clicked a bit more. Plus Datsyuk can get any of Bert/Mule/Hudler because he's ******* DATSYUK. But doesn't it feel great to question where one of our prospects should play on the top 2 lines?

Also please fire both Assitant coaches, I assume they are responsable for the defense and PP/PK because they have become absolute s***.

Well at least Nyquist looks like a bad ass on either top six line. I also have to say at least the effort was there tonight, you can't win them all even when trying. Cleary is still such a terrible hockey player that I think it transends to the point that I think he kills kittens and runs over old ladies. Hudler sucks as well. Flip is the man!

I think the Kindl/Smith pairing was really good. Kindl was looking pretty good when Ericcson went down as well.

The only positive I can think is that last time we played this ******* terrible for such a long period of team we started tearing s*** up afterwords. So hopefully they are getting the losing out of the way early so the winning can come when it's actually important.

3 mill for a 4th liner is so s***ty.....I will say I have hated Cleary for 2 years now, so I'm not without bias, but man do I hate him, he is my new Jason Williams

Overall I don't think Hudler is bad either, or didn't until a few weeks ago. He just looks like he is floating around, taking a lazy penalty, while Z/Flip work their asses off. I really don't dislike Emmerton either, he was a midseason unexpected rookie call up, his biggest problem is he brings nothing to the table that makes him worth keeping either. However I'd be willing to give him a little more time to prove himself with less s***ty teamates.

I think the biggest problem is you could remove about 5 or 6 different guys in our line up and most fans won't give a s***. That should not be the case, 1 maybe 2 should be ok, not: Emmerton, Cleary, Homer, Abby, Bert, Hudler, and sometimes Mule

Last time I checked the NHL is a business, the premise of a business is to satisfy the customer, so perhaps a good idea would be to reassure the customer that the faults in the product are going to be remedied not stay the status quo.

I would have more respect if he actually called it like it was. Instead he sounds senial talking about bad bounces and buls***. Everyone here knows we will turn it around at some point, but don't glaze over how pathetic the play is. Babcock: "just do things right" really Babcock? That's what you ******* say? Do things right? They haven't done s*** right in a month, good pep talk, that really motivates us fans.

Not how the wings work. Their theory is if it isn't working just keep doing it, then if it doesn't work..keep doing it some more... But finally if it doesn't work sign it to another 2/3 year contract to a "Cap friendly" price while much more useful players sign for less around the league. Or just keep those lines the same because if they don't work, well someday they will score a goal.
