I didn't think Bertuzzi was overrated by fans on here (most thought eh), the coaching staff is a different story though. I seriously was just very unimpressed by Cleary, maybe it was the injures that caught up to him, but manly in the playoffs not only did I feel like he wasn't playing up to his capabilities, he actually became a liability on the ice. He wasn't Hudler bad, but when he was on the ice you could count on him turning it over. I don't hate cleary and wouldn't be upset if we kept him, because every player should be allowed a down year, I'm just saying if we could trade him away I wouldn't shed a tear. Purely going by point production is the reason we had a scrub like Jason Williams playing for our team at one point,they only tell half of a story. He was a scoring monster before he went down, but when he came back he wasn't nearly as effective. I know he'll be back next year and hope he can kick it back up a gear (IMO), but if he can't don't expect me to be a person saying I told you so or anything, I'd much rather eat crow. post season wise it could go to A LOT of players

Sorry for having a difference of opinion, I watched every game this year and since he came back from the injury was nothing special. He certainly was not one of our best forward nor did he look like hwas working hard (especially in the playoffs) of course on here apparently we don't allow others to have their own opinions. Cleary is the most overrated player by LGW also my 2nd statement was meant about hudler

Because he has progressively has gotten worse when you have to work that hard to justify a player even being on the roster, he most likely shouldn't be there

I still want Cleary gone, but Hudler much much more. Datsyuk, I never understood why anyone could have doubted him, just like Fisher

I'd like to thank Babcock for going into the prevent with 10min left in the game, since it hasn't worked once in the regular season surely it will work well in the playoffs.... Also great idea playing scrubs like Cleary/Homer in the OT..

I'm right there with you, it's hard to give any sympathy to a team that decided to not give a s*** the 1st 2 games, you don't deserve to be rewarded after those pathetic displays.

I can't wait to watch The Mule get 3 or 4 points next game, now that it's pointless. I swear he is the most overrated playoff "Beast" I've seen. He had a big series against a crippled Avs team and manages to score multiple points in useless games (game 5)

Pretty much, can't wait to see them all resigned. Hopefully he can give Draper a slight increase on his next, possibly making it a 4 year. Maybe Ozzy and Modano can comeback to. This team is so complacent from the Front office down

Hell why not just call some of them this off season, it's pretty much Hollands game plan every off season anyway. Hopefully we could keep some of our players currently in the minors who are better then our bottom tier players, down as long as possible as well.

Yotes, we were worse last year and still beat them. Rinne is a monster and if we beat them we'd probably be physically drained. But of anyone in the playoffs I want to face LA most of all I disagree with you because allow the other opponents to beat each other up. I want Chi vs Van for the possible upset. SJ vs Anahiem because whoever wins will be destroyed, Yotes vs Preds the preds will win but they won't know what to do in the 2ndr round b/c that will be a victory in itself. I do appreciate and understand your logic, just have a disagreement.

Once the salary cap isn't a factor and the black aces can be called up, who would you like to see benched and who do you think actually will be? I think Salei gets benched for Smith, and I'd love to see Modano or Draper benched for Murzak or Tatar.
