we currently have had very few effecive players lately, Dats/Z/Cleary/Lids all seemed to be the only ones really doing anything. Not that Flip/Mule/Abs/Helm/Eaves/Stu/Kronwall/Ericson/Howard are playing bad, but are just out there. The rest simply are useless

That may have been the worst I've seen the Wings play in 4 years. They seriously couldn't pass the puck, stick handle, and refused to shoot.

I hope the U.S. beats the s*** out of Canada. Seriously a player puts up points in every game and yet you don't play him. As stated earlier why bother having a training camp if you already have the rosters set.

That's why I always think playmakers are more important then snipers. It seems playmakers are more often relevant then snipers who go on long stretchs of droughts -

When you think about how the season has gone offensivly. First few games was our 4th line killing it. Then our 3rd line for a few weeks. Then when Mule/Flip/Bert were originally together they were tearing it up on the 2nd. Now it's our 1st that is doing all the work. It will all cycle again. Yeah we blew tonight and really haven't looked our best, but come on let's just relax... -

You make it sound as if Howard was half assing it or something. He has just played a lot of games and Babcock needs to start resting him a bit more. I think the more legit cup contenders can run 2 goalies during the regular season, we need to get back to that. Lets at least use Ozzy while he is playing well -
