Because I've watched every game he's played this season, Draper has been the worst foward this season. I don't think him even being a top face off man justifies him staying in the line up.

They need to convince Cleary to wave his contract, and Stuart to wave his, buy out Draper/Ozzie. Then you have plenty of money and can get some improvements.

The one thing I remember about him was, everyone saying ND was #1 basically because of how insane he was playing all season....Take that for what it's worth, I'm happy because ND is my fav. team so it hopefully he can become the first undrafted goalie to ever win a cup while being a starter for the team that picked him

I hope it's draper and Maltby. Draper has been horrible all season long and his face off skills just don't justify him having a spot. Maltby I thought has been up and down this whole season but the other 2 just out class him at this point. Kopecky I want to stay in because he has shown some signs, he at least tries to hit, and when he has had youth on his line before he has played decent.

Last season when he was brought up the whole team was injuried and he looked very good during those games even though we lost. Then this season he has been brought in when we were slumping, but didn't look good himself. I would rather see him play 6-7 games before I call him a bust.

I think Nashville/CBJ can probably take anyone in the playoffs, they are scarier to me then anyone besides SJ, but I think Detroit would beat Nashville easier then SJ. Other then this game Nashville hadn't seen Detroit play well, and in the playoffs yes both sides will improve there play, but just like last year I feel that Detroit's next level is better then any other team. Either way I hope you play SJ, and beat them I think the Preds will play there asses of so they can finally make it past the 1st, and it would help us out.

Dude it sucks, but s*** happens in hockey. You can't go and change the whole dynamics of a sport because a few bad instances, you also have to keep in mind what the results will be if you do change rules, and we all know it will include alot more dirty play; there wil be a lot more Otts out on the ice and not much anyone can do about it. Also they didn't make the horse collar rule for concussions it was made to prevent breaking legs. Oh and since they have "protected" players in the NFL namely QB's it has made the game that much less entertaining because the calls are subjective and star QB's get better treatment. They once asked what Joe M what he thought of the new rules and he didn't like them at all.

feel bad for Lilja, but after this I would be nervous to be any physical dman for the wings we seem to have the most freak accidents happen. We soon maybe be able to have a top 4 of physical dman from the Wings that have had serious and weird injuries.

Team defense looked great, Dats/Hossa are a really good combo. Flip was playing insane tonight, and Big Rig also played very nice and tough in front of the net. Lastly Ozzy probably played the best game of the season, if that's Ozzy of the playoffs then we will be fine.

that's complete bulls***. I think people are just irritated seeing the same people defend Ozzy even when he doesn't deserve it, it gets quite annoying. I'm sure everyone except maybe Mindfly would love for Ozzy to turn into his playoff self, but most don't have faith; you would have to be crazy to not understand why people don't. With that being said he didn't let in 3 goals which seemed to be his MO, so that's a positive. Plus other then 1 mess up all on him, which can easily be corrected he had a decent game; so hopefully he can just step up a little more and everything should be smooth sailing.
