I wouldn't mind seeing Quincey and Meech play a lot and then decide what to do with them after 20 games or so... Meech is Lebda maybe a little slower but has an awesome sense of where to jump and a great shot.

In most of those loses Howard looked like the only person playing, I feel very comfortable with him playing I'm also sure he'll improve as time goes on. If not we can easily get someone down the road, I mean we don't just have to rely on him we have Ozzy there who was money.

I don't see the problem, Chelios is basically saying he has no problem being the 7th dman, and with a full season of training DMac will look better, a lot forget the Preds series were he looked great. Imagine for games against the Ducks have Mac and Downey out there to protect our guys. Also really sucks Mclellan is going to leave I really liked him as an assistant couch, I hope he turns the thrashers around that would be great.

On XM the mockdraft they had a goalie going for Detroit, they also said this is an extremely deep defensive draft. Also for physical D-man I thought Kindl was supposed to be pretty physical, or at least fights; thats what I heard anyway.

It's nice to know Flip helped bring in someone too, def. shows some desire to stay. Maybe I'm just arrogent because I'm a Wings fan but it seems like we have a team constructing by leaders who choose the prospects with the idea that they are the type willing to take less in order to have a winning team.

Shanny was my fav. but I'm glad he left it was his time. Plus you know he is being groomed for NHL head offices so NY makes the most sense. No hard feelings against him.

Yeah if the Pens get rid of that coach, I will have all the respect in the world for them. I thought they were a bunch of crybaby ******* but at the end they especially Crosby showed a lot of heart. I imagine with a coach change and bring in a coach with a set, you won't hear any bitching and just see a tougher Pens which is scarey
