I wouldn't mind seeing Roberts and Gill trying to play that way if we put Downey in the 4th line, of course it won't happen and I know he's to slow and would probably give them nothing but PP. But man would it be great to watch Downey punk all those scrubs.

Wings in 5, the showed us all they had and we couldn't pass to save our lives. Stuart, Lilja, and Rafalski all had their worst games at the same time. Lebda has been playing some decent hockey, and Z/D as much as I love them have to get the lamp lit. Ozzie also seemed like he played to far out (I'm no goalie just an opnion). But we still only lost by 1, to a team that had been embarrased for 2 striaght games and finally were at home in front of their crowd. You can also see they are getting scared of Kronner because anytime he comes skating they will stop with the puck and just move, whether the puck is with them or not.

hey everyone knows the NHL was backing the stars in that series . But seriously the closest to conspiracy I can say is the constant hard ons the NBC cast has for Crosby, other then that I would say our D looked pathetic and the Pens realized they weren't going to be handed s***.

exactly, I mean I certainly am not trying to insult the OP. I'm just saying these f***s barely won at home after being embarrased 2 games, so f*** them. I would be more respectful except I've been on the espn boards and even after the win i see nothing but crying so I lost all respect for them. The announcer even replayed Crosby being hit by Draper and he gives him props for not bitching after a check? WOW good job you didn't cry like you usually do want a pat on the back.

seriously this thread isn't even needed, I thought Wings in 6 orginally, now its Wings in 5. It was 3-2 where our D played like crap and they played their hearts out. Even after this win the Pens are still crying about refs on espn. They seriously make me hate them more then any other team in the league, if I go to game 5 I'm ******* punching one in the face.

I'm starting to think Franzen didn't even have a head issue in the first place, if he didn't wouldn't they have just said an upper body injury? I say this because it has a lot of the Pens playing dirty going after his head, which gives up more pps and momentuim. I highly doubt we see Mac tonight, maybe if it continues and we still win in game 4 it would be nice to see make and Downey.

Crosby def. shouldn't be number 1, Malkin and him are proving to be some of the most overhyped players. If they continue to play this poorly I would say most of the top 10 list should be filled with Western Conference players, because you have to be much more well rounded.

Dats would be a great capt. but as it was said before I think he would be happier for Z to get it. He just goes out there and plays and if need be shows the team how they need to get it done.
