In fairness to Chelios and everyone saying he was horrible in the Dallas series he actually was our best D-man in game 4, of course in game 5 he was horrible. But he did have bright moments in that series.

my god all of you have quite a lot of assumptions, its really annoying. I mean after a few posts it seems that everyone of you must have went to medical school or maybe wrote for a politician, telling us well the Wings mean this and that..... If they say he is improving nobody can really say otherwise unless they've talked to him, know someone in management, or his doc. Take it for what its worth.

Chelios at least needs a game rest because he is looking OLD, I would hope they would put Lilja maybe even Erikson; Babcock loves this kid so I could see it, plus brings a hell of a shot. Then sit Lebda's useless ass I used to like him but he has been exposed, and put in Meech for him. Also would like Mac to at least sit a game put in Ablekader he looked great in the few games he played and Hartigan just never impressed me. I like Downey but really he wouldn't help us, you ask for big hits but for some reason Downey never manages to lay them he ends up hitting the boards or tripping, and the way Ott is playing he wouldn't be willing to fight anyway. Of course its highly unlikely that they would make all these changes but those lines I think would bring mad energy.

Cherry is one dumb son of a *****, if he were a GM for the Leafs they would suck worse then they do now. He was on coachs corner the first time my roomate and I saw this ******, and he talked about how the Leafs need to start picking people up from Toronto because the kids of the city grow up and want to play for the team yet have their dreams crushed. so why were the Wings in such a rush to sign Ablekader if they didn't plan on playing him? I really haven't seen Helm for more then a second I think, he seems just like how Hartigan was, I hope not though. But Ablekader actually impressed me and it seemed like most, he also seems the most like Kopecky/Maltby which is what we are missing.
