for the riverly to be dead their seems to be a certain amount of hate for no reason then. I love playing the Av's games are still very intense and since we usually win it gives me all the s*** talking rights to my roomate.

I %100 agree, this board is so insane, it seems every few months everyone chooses someone they want to gang up on whether deserved or not. I'm pretty sure Sammy is not going to be anyones fav. player but to devalue him as much as people have is just sad, I guess the grass is always greener on the other side.

Don't get me wrong I don't think Sammy is great or anything, but as a wings fan you should know he is very streaky. Sammy is probably my most disliked Wing but people on here need to cut him some slack, he's not going to produce moves or decisions of Zetta or Dats, he does what he is paid for though a midlevel player. Once again I would only trade him for something of much better value because he may just be a roleplayer here but at other teams he would be much more important.

I wouldn't trade Lilja or Sammy unless I was getting someone of great value, because on any other team they could possibly move up lines. It seems wings fans are the most ungrateful.

I see the trade deadline floodgates have opened already and the Ducks are sellers . I'm sure they'll make the playoffs but its always fun to watch Burke get himself deeper in the quicksand, sorry duck guy.

flyers are trying to injury their way to the playoffs, the are basically a less talented Ducks team. But the flyers/Pens game the Pens were playing just as dirty. I must be honest as much as I hate pronger and dislike the Ducks, I'd love to see them get ahold of the Flyers.

It seems to me that Michigan has the most NHL players coming from it, then any other state. On top of that we seem to have the most NHL players that have played in college going through a Michigan program, could someone please tell me if I am correct in this observation?

no way is mass a bigger hockey state, look at the NHL majority of players from america is from Michigan, on top of that look at how many players have gone to college and most went to michigan. With that being said Red Wings fans really have no right to talk about a team not filling a building

Not that I'm complaining but why did all of a sudden everyone like Kopecky so much? Also would Hudler produce more given more min., maybe he is good because of the situation they put him in.

I like Torres, oh and for the person that said all he is willing to trade is D prospects, I agree the few players I would trade aren't worth much value though. Ellis, Quincy, Meech, Lilja, thats about it. But I wouldn't mind having all of them stay either.

If it ain't broke don't fix it, if we were to bring someone new in they better have a bigger upside then "veteran leadership" we have plenty of that.

Oh my god is everyone ok in here?? I think this is the first time I have ever heard majority of the people liking the depth, and how we play. I agree unless its something insanly in our favor I say stick with what we have.

I've said it since I've been on this board I think Dats is our best player, his defense is underated, he likes to pass not shot, so his goals were low, and Zetta is more of an out going player. Ok Datas is our best offensive player, I think Zetta is amazing but Dats just was created by the same guy who created the russian from rocky, perfect. With the Eruo twins together I know we will get at least 2 stanely cups, not saying this year but eventually

I really think Lebda has been playing great and Kronwall has been good, both playing beyond expectations of most I would say though
