SHIIIIIT I am gonna be at work during the game (well, two hours of it). Go Ap! Gotta root for the college from my state, sorry SWF In other news, it was a great start for NC States football team as the scored a whopping 0 points against those damn Gamecocks

Improvements? I know a guy named Tim "the tool man" who could have assisted ya in your home improvements.

Cangrats to the US womens soccer team. That was a great game!

Whats kinda funny is I am pretty sure some of the fat pro athletes CAN in fact run a 100 meter dash. Its my understanding that most NFL lineman have respectable 40 times, which is kinda mind boggling.

I am very proud of Micheal "Midas" Phelps and all, and recognize that he is a phenomenal athlete and swimmer, but I wouldnt be surprised if he COULDNT run a mile in under 5 minutes. The guy is a swimmer, I doubt he runs much and I am pretty sure during all his interview madness after the 8th gold, he said something to the effect of not being a great runner (he was responding to Chad Johnsons wanting to race him in the pool, and said he would swim against him, but not run against him) Oh, and how bout them beach volleyball chicks. They are freaking dominant.

School tomorrow?!!! The summer went by WAY too quick.

I coined the nickname "midas" for Micheal Phelps (at least I havent heard anyone else say it) referring to King Midas cause everything he touches is gold, and Phelps has like a gazillion gold medals now soooo. I as that everyone now refer to Micheal Phelps as Micheal "Midas" Phelps, and hopefully we will be hearing the Olympic announcers calling him that in 4 years. That would be epic.

On ABC family? Never appealed to me, but I do love the Full House reruns they show on that channel. speaking of, last night I watched Bob Saget get roasted on Comedy Central. It was funny.

The internet and computers are the reason man (or the human race) is now stupider.........and I am a victim.

I dont think its that bad at all. Better than what I could do. However, I bet you could make a lifesize statue of EVH.

I am tired. I went to a Cheap Trick/Heart/Journey concert last night. 2nd time seeing Journey, and man can they play live. Neal Schon is kind of a showoff though

Not many guitar players can make up for Sammy Hagars' singing when they are drunk, but Eddie sure as hell can. Filpulla is awesome and all, and I would love for him to touch me, but Eddie Van Halen is not only a guitar god, but a pioneer of a lot of s*** you hear in guitar playing today. This one goes to Eddie. Although, I am severly jealous of you too Jayup, because I would love to meet Flip. In fact, the only famous hockey player I met was Ron Francis, and he refused to sign my Wings shirt. I met Paul maurice though, and then his bad luck hit, and we all know what happened to him now.

Thats kinda how I like to be too. I understand weight loss products and supplements may work, but I never understood why anyone would take them. To me, its not so much about weight loss as it is about being healthy, and I dont think taking a supplement everyday is "healthy". I dont know, my friend takes all that s***, and it worked for him, but I would consider my conditioning a lot better than his (could be the smoking). Personally, I have kicked the soda (pop for all you weirdos) and run atleast 2 miles a day for about a month now. I hear its better to run/work out in the morning since it "kick starts" your metabolism, but whatever. I dont really eye the scale, as I can usually tell how fit I am by how I feel after a run. I was in pretty sad shape in early May when college was getting out. I attribute that to all that college food (if you wanna call it that). I dont intend to let it happen this year

No kidding, I was visiting my cousin in CT two weeks ago, and he had one. Usually when I play videogames, its cause I dont want to be moving. Way to ruin that Wii!

Sounds like a busy night.

Those must have been some parties I personally dont like to party at night. It doesnt appeal to me because I live my life like it is a party. I would probably be able to afford a lot more comfort items if I didnt spend sooo much money a week on party hats, party popper/blowers, confetti, cake, Cheerwine, gift bags, etc. Living everyday like its a party becomes expensive. Let me tell you, its worth every cent. I would like to take rock candy, twirl cotten candy around it, then sprinkle that with pixie stix dust, because quite frankly, I need the sugar.

enjoy it! I went and saw it for the second time last night.

great movie. and I normally dont care for the whole "super hero" flick thing.

The empty seats in JLA are actually due to Jiri Hudler being on the team. Half of the arena cant see him anyway, since he is soo small, so people feel they are getting screwed out of their money, paying to see all 21 dressed wings skate, only to realize that Hudler cant be seen from any upper row of the lower section and higher.
