well, I have been super slacking lately. Normally I run 2 miles a day, but havent even ran in the past 3 weeks. Anyway, I decided to actually go running again today. I did 4 miles in roughly 33 minutes, 58 seconds. Thats a little less than 9 minutes a mile, which isnt bad considering I run the mile in 6 and a half.

I had to answer to all of my friends and my brother who HATE the Wings today. Though they like the flyers and capitals, and teams like they, so they dont have much room to talk

I said at the beginning of the playoffs, if Detroit made it to the conference finals, it was a success in my book. I just hope to hell the players dont feel as proud of themselves as I am of them, because if they do then we can kiss the cup goodbye

No, Dats and Z havent had luck on the road, but that doesnt mean they are playing bad. Dats played great last night. Its only a matter of time before he puts the puck in the net. I am not arguing that Dats doesnt need to perform on the road, I just dont think that it is a big issue, as he certainly is playing well enough to produce.

The key to beating the sharks is to PREVENT their cycle before they even begin it. In order to do that, Hasek has to come out and catch each dump in before it gets all the way around. He has done his part, but our defensemen who get the puck from hasek senslessly toss the puck around the boards to a Shark. Our Defensment need to do a better job of getting the puck out of our zone, simple as that. -
I dont give a s*** as to win he signed the contract, just as long as he continues his awesome play. Best part is that he has adapted his game. He is getting dirty goals, not pretty ones. We all know pretty ones are hard to come by in the playoffs. Dats' goal tonight was due to getting to the net, having the courage to go there. Nice Job Dats
