Sort of sad really

Hawks deserved this one, simply outplayed and outhustled the Red Wings for forty minutes. Lilja was terrible tonight. He looked like a fool out there, tossing that stick in the shooting lane. He needs to stop fanning on clears too, that didn't help matters very much. The Wings thought they were fine and dandy getting that two goal lead, and once again the young Hawks team schooled 'em.

In fairness though, at least most or all of them were correct calls.

End of 2, tie game. Can't really fault Dom with any of them. A poor passing decision by Chelios, and a lucky deflection off Lilja is all they needed to tie this baby up. Wings need to start shooting more on their power play as well, just a little too much diddle daddle going on in the 2nd.

No kidding, and they don't even have the goaltenders anymore on it, instead it's on a whole other page. How can you have a game summary without the goalie stats on there with their names? NHL.com is sad.

Odd, because the coach said he was going to put Adam Burish on the first line with Lang and Samsonov for the game... hmm.

Actually Kane-Toews-Ruutu is NOT the first line. It indeed is the second line. I'm sort of surprised really because you'd think you would know that since you're a Hawks fan. Geez, not only is the organization lost but so are their fans!

I tried to tune in late for one of the games, but apparently you can't go back to the previous day after the day ends (when games scheduled from that day are still live). They have a lot to learn. They should take notes from MLB.tv. Just because it's past midnight EDT shouldn't mean you can't go back and watch games that are still going on. How ridiculous. Then to boot, you're forced to watch ads before you can even watch live. I'm assuming paying customers are going to have to go through this same crap probably. I learned one thing in this free preview so far, that I will NOT be getting this crap. There are just too many problems with it now, I'll wait a year or two until they get this right before I ever consider getting this.
