I'm so pissed right now about these overrated fools I better not say anthing right now well im off to get some fresh air. later guys and girls

I really think Chicago has figured out our PP. Maybe it's time for our coaching staffs to work their ass.
-
we got out coached on special team tonight
-
I'm very very disappointed with Wings tonight.
-
I genuinely have a concern if we are gonna get knocked out 1st round
-
this will teach a good lesson to people who thought those games against Nashviles and Columbus were good playoff preparation games.

It is going to be hard but doable. IMO it isn't really about crushing someone to the glass but forcing our will to opponents and establishing our game. (yes I have read Art of War.. and watched that NHL commercial too ) name="wmode" value="transparent"></param><embed src=" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" wmode="transparent" width="425" height="355"></embed></object>&"> name="wmode" value="transparent"></param><embed src=" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" wmode="transparent" width="425" height="355"></embed></object>&" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" wmode="transparent" width="425" height="350" />

thank you duck guy

IMO their D can't handle our offense. If nabokov is anything less than spectacular, there are done. Beside how can anyone respect a team coached by hantayo.

yeah I understand and agree. I don't know what got into me when I wrote that but reading it again, I sure didn't mean to come out that bluntly. As for top-6 min, like I said, it's not like we are back in 2002 where Brett Hull is on our 3rd line. Wing can guarantee as much as some other team about those minutes. If he can't produce or excel with Wings play makers, he isn't going to do any better in Tor or Van. If he knows he isn't good enough but wants to stick around with a NHL club till somehow he 'makes it' well all the powers to him. Brunnstrom needs to know it is a hard to earn anything in NHL. Sooner he gets it and work toward whatever his goal might be, better he will be 5 years from now. Where does he wanna be in 5 year?
-
how are they going to guarantee top-6 minute? is it gonna be in contract that if Brunnstrom doesn't play x number of minute in everygame he will be compensated? I've never heard such a contract and I don't think anybody can guarantee 100% that he will play top 6 regardless of his performance. and If Brunnstrom is going to demand how Red Wings organization is going to be run, he really needs to sit down and get his head straightened out. Noone is going to give anything for you for free. If Red Wings management thinks Brunnstrom isn't ready for NHL yet, chances are, he really isn't, unless Brunnstrom guy wants to stick around for few forgettable years in Van or Tor as has been and back to SEL after 2 years. Red Wings scouts have dealt with better talents than him and probably know what's the best development process for him. So in a sense, Red Wing is the best option for his career in NHL. If he wants to sign a contract that after 1 year he has an option to go back to SEL, that seems fair to me but If he thinks he is sidney crosby already, Wings need to pass on this guy because he doesn't know much about being a professional and is going to be detrimental to Red Wings.

I have never heard any indications that NHL is doing exceptionally well this season. IMO that figure seems little unlikely.. unless the auditor hired by PA has digged up few millions here and there. Could be a PR announcement from NHLPA. If it goes to 56 then we might be able to sign both Stuart AND Hossa. or accomodate both Stuart and Bruunstrom very comfortably. (plus maybe Jokinen)

I'm a pessimist when things are looking rosy. I believe there is always room for improvements and you can't stay idle at anytime However I turn into an optimist when things are turning bad because 'Faith is to believe what you do not see; the reward of this faith is to see what you believe.'

Babcock is the only one has done it in his first 3 season. yeah it is an awesome accomplishment for him, and for Red Wings organization. It takes a huge commitment and drive to perform everyday. I could almost say they are my inspiration

well due to technical difficulty of centre ice online, i got to miss most of the game, so it would be hard for me to comment on anything but I liked what I saw.
-
I just watched the replay and wow I love when Franzen drives to the net. Reminds me of Swedish version of Bertuzzi in his prime.

Nick was a huge factor to our semi dynasty. Stevy was THE driving force but Nick took care of the business on ice even more so than Stevy IMHO. I remember in 2002 Stanley Cup final.. I don't know which game it was but it was the opening face off. Obviously every player was pumped and ready to play and die on that day because so much was on the line. We won the draw and the puck went to Nick. He calmly observed the whole situation and passed it to his defensive partner in a very controlled manner. I don't know why but I learned so much about hockey from that one pass than any other tic tac toes I've ever seen. It was like he knew everthing going on the ice at the time and he was ready to control everything at any given time. That is why I call him Grand Master ever since. Like Yzerman, Nick is a very special player in the history of hockey and should be treated accordingly when he retires. That is my take.

6-3? looks like it was a good ole beating. Glad Wings came together. It was a pretty good night for me as well.
-
I had to miss whole 2nd period, Did Hasek make amazing save? I would gladly eat crows anyway i gotta jet. Good luck Wings and good night guys. I'll drop by later to see what happened
-
aw damn I missed the first goal

IMO there is difference between playing hard with overconfidence and playing hard with right amount of fear. I don't see any kind of fear of losing from Red Wings and last time I saw that we got swept by Edmonton. If Red Wings play the game right way then small things will start to come around for them. yeah that's my take
-
the thing is, that kind of overconfidence is killing us IMO. we might not able to score another goal, or they will score another one. If we were so sure that we can score if we play our game, why worry about playoff? I hope this team wake up and stop giving themselves too much respect. This team is good, but not THAT good
-
puck just went through him like he wasn't even there. sure it was flukey but it was stoppable if he was giving more attention IMO. His style needs alot of concentration and if he can't put himself into the zone, well it's time to change goalie. Nothing against Hasek, but just giving us better chance to win this game
-
If I were Babcock, I would have pulled Dom

I had to miss the game all together but great to hear Z scored 3 goals tonight.
