I know how you feel. I'm sure everyone knows who is going to win the series as well. However it is toughest to motivate youself when you have it so good. well actually... I'm just trying to reverse jinx myself.

One of the biggest anticlimatic moment was second intermission of Game 4 in Avs series. However just imagine if Stars do manage to win next game. They will believe they can win another one. So we are just asking for a trouble if we don't finish them off next game. Also it looks like Penguins will sweep the flyers in 4 as well and we all know how important rest is between the series.. god I read so many quotes from coahes and players recently, I start talking in cliches myself. Anyway Wings have to be very careful because Stars are very capable of delivering counter punch and things can slip out of our hands before we know it. If anything we need our best focus tomorrow when we deliver the killing blow.

yeah obviously he deserved it. He has done a great job for us and he probably worked all his career to become a NHL headcoach so who can blame him? It just sucks that he would leave though.

Hudler is a offensive machine. However, a defensive machine, he is not. It's like a Deveraux, Datsyuk, Hull line from 2002. That line was overflowing with offensive awesomeness. However Bowman was very very selective of when they were on ice.

When Wings signed him in offseason, I thought 'oh geez... yeah he is a competitor alright but he is like 40 years old' During the season 'thank god Drake signed for cheap because I would have gone balistic right now if he signed for more' Now 'ZOMG Drake, where do you want your shrine be made?' Do I want him back next year? No. Although I think he can help us again next year, our young guns need ice time.

When we played against Montreal earlier this year, I noticed Chelios really went out his way to thank the fans and were trying to soak up the atmosphere. I remember him saying 'you never know when you are going to get this opportunity next time'. I dunno but to me, it doesn't sound like someone who is very confident about playing next year. Although he might be ready to play into his 50s physically, I think he realizes his time is near. If we win the Cup this year.. my guess is that he will think long and hard about retiring. Anyway I think Cheli still has something left in his tank. If he wants to come back, I think Wings will sign him.
