I know he has an employee incentive program for the refs when they screw the wings. Ovechkin has quite the sence of humor. I know he isn't on my favorite team, but man, is he awesome. I can't understand why the NHL has someone like Sidney Crosby as it's posterboy. Ovechkin is the complete package. The only thing missing is the winged wheel!

I also agree about Flipper. He looked really good last nite. Being moved up really put some jump into his game. I also thought he looked more physical. I thought Flipper was going to bury the puck when he was alone with Rinne-after the pass from Datsyuk. To bad the puck was rolling. He needed that, but I thought he had a really good game last nite. Ozzie was great last nite. We would have won that if Lidstrom didn't give that puck away right infront of his own net. All in all, I was liking them very much. I don't think it matters who we play in the 7th position. We got the power, and the Euro Twins!

Wow, the Wings never disappoint...for the other team that is. How is it this team does this sort of thing on a regular basis? Especially at the end of the season when you need every point. It really sucks to see all of these other teams getting ready for the playoffs, playing their asses off, and then our team totally blowing it like this. We aren't going to make it past the first round if we can't hold a lead. Our defence is terrible, and Osgood has to come up with these clutch saves.

Also starting a health insurance program for kids that is funded by all taxpayers. This isn't leaning towards sociamism? What about Obama now try to amend the 2nd amendment? You sir need to stop watching CNN and MSNBC. When your government TAKES your hard earned money, and starts giving it to the private sector because they can't bail themselves out....that is socialism. When your government tells you what you are going to do with your money-that is socialism. When your government takes your money, and then starts a nationwide healthcare plan for anyone...that is socialism. In a capitalistic country business is allowed to prosper and die. Why should I have to pay some idiot's mortgage when he can't...why should I be forced? When you are forced to help someone else it isn't charity, that is socialism. When the government is making you do it...that is socialism.

It was quite nice seeing Lilja taking him to the ice with his face. I was laughing my butt off at that, but then the fight happened. Lilja needs to go into hiding after that showing.

The NHL center Ice commercial is the worst. Did we win the cup? So, why are they showing a Pens fan cheering and carring on as if they won? Concerning all of what is going on here. Crosby wouldn't be so bad if he didn't try to be the NHL's posterboy. If he just came to play, and acted like most everyone else. Then I wouldn't have a problem. Take Alexander Ovechkin (sp?), I think he pretty level head. He comes to the rink, and plays. He doesn't skate around and act like he's being taken advantage of. Crosby is acting like a child, and I don't think he deserves to wear the captin's C. To me, Malkin's the star/leader on the team. He should be wearing it. Crosby is just to young, and immature. Though, that does make him fun to watch. I love watching people make fools of themselves.

All I could say was wow when Hossa dropped his gloves. Hossa's all right in my book. Anyone who sticks up for lil' ol Hudler like that is a keeper. Was sort mad about Franzen not dropping the gloves, but Hossa has tons of heart. Way to go Hossa.

6 on 3, and they can't even score. How many power plays did we have, and only score once. This team has some real issues they need to settle. Conklin was awesome, but how come we can't find the back of the net. I hope Babcock has some answers before the next game, or we'll go down 6 games in a row. Was really impressed with Leino though.

I agree with you. Franzen can play on any line, and still score. He is such a big body, and with his hands he can pretty much make anything happen. I hate saying it, but the more Hudler and Sammy play. The better they are. This year I haven't yelled at Sammy near as much as I was last year. I would keep things they way they are, and get rid of Hossa.
