Why do we have to fear all of these players? No one fears us? We have been making examples out of the guys everyone says we should fear. Morrow is the next example.

Sakic is a great hockey player. He'll go down in history just like Yzerman. Sakic demands much respect. Way to go tonight Wings. I never thought we would sweep the Avs like this. I thought for sure we were in it for a long haul. Man, did we dominate.

Yeah, this is coming from FLOPPA Forsberg. We all know why he was labeled FLOPPA. It wasn't for his amazing stick handling ability. Forsberg dives as much as he is hurt. What a maroon!

Dan will be alright. Last night was his 8th game back after being gone a couple months. I think he playing pretty good considering his injury. Wasn't he on a liquid diet for a month and a half? Dan is the freak'n man. If it wasn't Franzen show'n off it would be Cleary (If he was completly healthy)!

Did anyone catch the missed boarding call in the 1st? Atleast they were warned. I didn't see who it was. It was down in the Wing's end on a Wing D. I can't really complain with all of the powerplays we had in the 1st.

Wow, what an awesome 1st period. Osgood has looked really good. Datsyuk and Franzen...nice goals. If we keep up this level of play this game is ours. Heck, even Forsberg has given up on them.

I was going to say the same thing, but then I thought I had better read the earlier posts! I was very excited about us playing the Avs. I have never thought Theodore was considered a goalie in the league of Patrick Roy. I really believed the Wings would score goals on him. Though, having him pulled in 2 games is unreal. I believe he is just saying anything because even he can't believe how the Wings are scoring. Right now the Wings are playing like the cup is theirs, and no one is going to get in the way. Foresberg, or Jose Theodore will not stop the Wings, ack, in their quest for the cup! Everyone knows how we love to disappoint in Denver, so just bring on the next challenger, or risk being bled dry! Oh, your avatar is pretty cool.

I don't think Forsberg or Budaj are going to be of any help to the Avs. If we get out of Denver win even one win the series is ours. The guys on the Avs have a pretty pissed off about Floppa. He is just signed for the playoffs, and then he's out when they need him most. I bet no one falls for Forsberg again next year. On the other hand. Our guys were freak'n awesome today. 60 minutes of hockey. It was scary how good we were today. Hats off to everyone on the Wings. What an awesome effort by the boys.

This is nuts. We went lite on them for the last, what was it, 4 power plays. I can't believe how we are dominating in their end. I am sort of scared though. I always thought that about Mike Ricci of the Sharks, especially when he smiled! Mike was an awesome hockey player, but I always thought he looked funny!

I was sort of ticket off at Tootoo picking up the Octopus. How dare him pick up OUR octopus/tradition. That is like someone shooting the puck in the net after the whistle blows. Al should have whooped him. Heck, if he picked it up, shouldn't he get fined also? Where's Gary Bettman when you need him?

I agree use of profanity isn't justified. Someone could with as much effort could use frack, and like inner changable words. Plus, taking the Lord's name in vein is the worst. If the Lord wants to damn someone he will do it himself. I understand people get heated, but you also have to understand that there are kids reading these forums.

After watching the replay on youtube I noticed that I was wrong. Tootoo didn't put pressure on Draper's back, or not 'stepping up' as I put it. Though, I do believe Tootoo could have went in another direction, and I still believe Tootoo is an idiot. When I say idiot I don't mean he is dumb. I mean he acts like he has no reguard for anyone, and because of that I really do hope McCarty beats his idiot ass down.
