Out of the people in the poll I would have to go with Alexander Ovechkin, even though his team is bad. But overall, it would have to be Jagr.

Hell no!!! Why would anyone give up Lidstrom for McCabe? McCabe may be a good scorer, but he is a huge defensive liability.

True. In a general aspect, when you look at overall goals allowed and goals against, we have allowed about the same goals, while scoring way more. -

I was just mad because I wanted to see a shootout... Which I think we still would have lost but none the less good game to you too. No matter what anyone says here you gotta great team. The way the game was going with the lack of offense, it sure looked like the game was going into shootouts. -

Well said... but I don't have a problem with them being here, but when they start claiming how awesome their team is and how the wings wouldn't stand a "fat chance" of beating them in the playoffs, then it gets kind of annoying. -

IMO, Chelios, even with the penalties, played a pretty solid game. He is great on the penalty kill. If I am not mistaken, I think he was even the second star of the game. -

It is just funny how when the Wings lose with Manny in net everyone wants Ozzie and when the wings lose with Ozzie in net everyone want Manny. Everyone, no matter what blames the goalies. -

Let's just stop blaming Legace for the loss and look at the pathetic effort given by our offense and the stupid penalties taken by our defensemen. Schneider had three and Chelios had two. Thats way too many penalties for two of our top four defensemen. -

Yeah, he goes down way too early, but either way, two goals allowed isn't bad... anyways, lets seriously just face it, but goalies are playing with zero confidence and are playing mediocre at best. -

Agree!!! Shanahan missed three good scoring chances, Zetterberg is coming off of injury, and Datsyuk looked very lazy at times... you can't expect to win too many games when you score one goal. -

This was one of the more frustrating periods I've ever watched... this game resembles how yesterday's went- we seem to dominate, but can't score.
