Not that I want the Pistons or any Detroit team to lose, I am just happy it was them and not the Wings.

My question: what stops the Illichs', players, management, wings fans from paying the fine repeatedly?

I for one am in for signing the petition. Also, we should get a donation going to help Al pay the fine if it comes to that. It is typical NHL and Bettman to impose suck a rule.

I know some people are disappointed with the number of shots and little goals in the game. But I was definitely happy to see more of an effort than there seems to have been during the past two games. Especially on defense. It was nice to see shut down defense for the majority of the game, something I haven't seen the last two games. (also nice to not see two quick goals from the preds). -

Another reason I am thrilled the Wings won is because I would be too depressed to watch hockey for the rest of the night, missing the dallas/quackers game. Go Stars!!! -

Don't we have more important things to worry about other then whether we will get banned for saying a little swear word? The Wings are losing 2-0 for God-sake. If the wings end up losing (which I hope doesn't happen ), 75% of this board would be reported then.

That loss was so disheartening. In a matter of 15 seconds we went from winning, to tied, to losing. Lets hope this was a bit of a wake-up call. They let two quick goals in last game and got away with it. This time it didn't happen. On that note, I fully expect the team to come out fired up for game 4. -
I saw it on tv. I saw nothing wrong with. In fact, I actually found it really funny; making it worse was the fact that he scored prettying much right after that. I mean, how annoying would that be, when you are trying to make a save and you have someone standing 1/2 foot from you starring at you in the eyes.
