I live in Michigan. But I have taking a few road trips. My family and I went to Chicago a few years ago and we all wearing Wings jerseys. We took a lot of heat, even from the security guard and concession workers.

Yes, he does have a "decent" shot. However, he wastes it 99.9% shooting it at goalie. BTW, really nice thing at the end. Everyone has their opinion.

I absolutely can't stand Samuelsson period, not just on the power play. I know he hustles and I know he has a decent shot. But point is, more times than not I find myself just shaking my head at an idiotic play he just did. I.E. wristering it at the goalies chest pad. I am getting sick of hearing Ken and Mickey say "A samuelsson shot blocked", while on the power play. I just don't know, maybe I am missing something here, I don't get how he gets as much ice time as he does.

Because officiating can be so bad, that even when 20,000 fans + the players see a puck hit the netting, somehow ALL of the refs miss it. Yet, refs someone manage to see a little hook or grab. Baffles me.

3 suspensions in under one year. Obviously the message isn't getting through to Pronger. Does he not get that he could seriously injure or end someone's career through his careless play?

I am a dork and still have that article from the newspaper. I can never hear that story too many times. Here is a guy who was going nowhere and decided to change his life around. Definitely a feel good story... Plus Cleary is my favorite player

This is the best news I have heard all week. Went to the game, listened to the post game and heard about the deal. Have liked him since his first training camp and am definitely glad to see he is going to be here for 5 years.

That would be awesome!! I am just interested, but was stupid and turned the tv off as soon as the game ended because I was so angry at the outcome.

These last two loses have been heartbreaking... I always say, if you are playing bad and you win, it is the start of a losing streak- if you play decent and you lose, it is the start of a winning streak. Just trying to be optimistic

I get where you are coming from, but Dan Cleary was pretty much the same way: 27-28 years old, been on three teams (Chicago, Edmonton and Phoenix). I am not comparing the two by any means, but you never know.
