IMO, Wings are very lucky to be down by only one, so I guess that could be a positive. And there were a couple of better moments in the second. There, I looked for some positives -

My thoughts exactly. Yes the Wings aren't playing well, but it is so obvious that the nhl wants this game going to a game 7. Even NeffinBC commentators are saying some of the interference should be called. -

I know the pens are desperate, but come on. The Wings are getting outplayed in every aspect of the game. I would think the Cup would provide some motivation, but the wings look they are playing with anything but. Heres to a better third -
So then how is NBC placing the blame on the NHL if the NHL allowed it with versus? Sounds like this is the NBC's fault. But then it leaves me wondering about cbc. This whole thing is screwed up. Joe Vision has been going on for years.

Hahaha some funny stuff. Funniest part was either the Cleary quote or the Hossa quote. -
I usually am not a huge fan of the random ____ sucks chant. But in this case, I loved it. It had a purpose and was at a perfect time. While I would have preferred a "sidney is a baby" chant, I will take it. The Joe doesn't usually take aim at a specific player (other than pronger), so it was funny to hear on tv.

Seriously... He looks like a goat in that picture. I loved the Crosby Sucks chant and it came at a perfect time. The crowd was awesome. I was like, if it is this loud on tv, I can't imagine how loud it was in there. People's ears must be ringing leaving that game The announcers even commented how on the two on one with Rafalski without a stick, the one pen player couldn't hear Staal yell for the puck, because the crowd was so loud. -

I have seriously never heard of not being able to have Joe Vision because of a television's rights. Seriously? I mean, back in 2001 there was Joe Vision for the WCF for game 4. Swallow whatever pride you have left NBC.... that said, I went last year and it was amazing. If it happens, I am for sure there

Agree about Ozzie. I actually felt awful for him out there. His team left him out to dry.

Why just pick those 5 guys. You could pretty much say that for every wings, apart from Stuart and Helm, and maybe Ozzie.

Yeah, exactly. Is that a new style of defense or something? He was so slow and just let Staal take the puck to the net. It was poorly played, just like the entire game. -

I would love to know what is really wrong with pavel. I feel like he has been day-to-day for two weeks. I mean I guess I shouldnt criticize because I don't know the extent of the injury, but if he is taking the pregame skate, he sure as hell better be out there for such an important game. He is so important to the Wings, 100% healthy or not. -

Don't know what else to say, the team looked tired. That fourth goal made that apparent. Maybe the s*** show they put on today will provide some motivation, who knows, it sure better. It is now a best of 3 series, first to two wins. We will see Saturday how bad the Wings truly want it. -

Pretty much the story of this game. Wings were completely out of sync the entire game. I thought for the wings, this was a must win, so I guess that makes game 5 a really must win.
