I hate these "status uncertain" or "day-to-day". Always makes me feel pessimistic. I feel like there is a better chance we see datsyuk than lidstrom out there though, considering datsyuk is skating.

While he has been turning over the puck and making more defensive mistakes since being split from Lidstrom, I can't imagine the nerves of hardly having a NHL game under his belt, let alone a playoff game and being asked to perform at such a high level, in such extreme circumstances and with such high expectations. He, imo, has been performing better than I could have expected and 100x better than Campbell

While I'm not overly superstitious, it is hard enough to win the cup without extra forces against you. Might as well not play around with the hockey god.

I love Lilja, but given Lebda's decent play and the fact that Lilja hasn't played in months, I would keep Lebda. Asking Lilja to go in and play at the highest level and expecting him to keep up would be near impossible and unfair.

I did too. At the time I actually questioned if I heard that correctly. Reminds me of the quote from Cleary after hearing Hitchcock call the wings cheaters, something along the lines of saying that all teams cheat, it is just the wings are the best at it. Thats awesome No matter where you go, there will be Red Wing fans. I went to Ford Myers last year and I got off the plane with my wings hat on and people said go wings. Same in New York City. It is awesome, all the fans dispersed across the nation.

Reffing, imo, was far better than it has been. Refs did a good job keeping the game in control, because believe me, it could have been much uglier. There are always going to be missed/weak calls, but it happens. I can't believe I am going to say this, but I can't really complain about the reffing today

Indeed. I am glad Babcock didn't listen to a couple people on here and bench him to make a point (easier to say in hindsight, but still)

HAHAHAHAHAHA. That is 100% pure awesomeness. I did the same thing with my puppy actually. She had something she shouldn't and I ripped it from her mouth. Although she put up more of a fight. What an epic way to get your point across.

Let's not get me started on that... that whole incident with Tropp was brutal.

Quennville is more than welcome to blame the refs. Reminds me of Hitchcock with Columbus, he complains about the reffing rather than looking at his own team, and we all know how that ended. So that is perfectly fine. Keep looking at the refs rather than seeing that you and your team lost control.

LOL @ Campbell. Hypocritical much? But in all honestly, I can maybe see the interference call since Havlet techinically didn't "touch" the puck, but calling that hit gutless is laughable. Looking at the still, Kronwall didn't go head hunting or leave his feet. It is obvious, which is why I am coming to the conclusion that campbell is not the sharpest tool in the shed. And I am getting sick of the retaliations after a clean hit. Clean hits are being called gutless and being responded to on the ice with retaliation. It is ridiculous.

All I can think about is how slow tomorrow is going to go by. I hate the day(s) after a loss.

This is an honest-to-god question and not meant to be a hit at blackhawk fans on here. I actually enjoy opposing fans to come on, if they have some class. But is there a website for blackhawks fans to go and chat about their own team or do they prefer to come on here for some reason? Just wondering.

Do you really want to compare a two-minute minor penalty with a 5 minute game misconduct where one of the wings top defensemen was ejected? Kicking Kronwall out was alot more than a "bad call". While it was a nasty hit, it was clean, not even worthy of a two-minute minor.

I see the resemblence, but that is wrong, just wrong.
