Nah, I usually never jump on people's posts for any reason. Go back and check my post history, almost nowhere do I jump on anyone, and as you can tell I have admitted being wrong to GS&T. The only reason I jump on your posts is because they border being laughable.

Like I said, I was wrong and fully back down. The NHL has stated that this is not allowed and therefore, it is what it is. I'm better off admitting this than letting someone like Dano ride around on his high horse of finally achieving his life goal of winning an internet argument.

And I love how you claim to have contributed anything to this conversation except saying that you felt is was wrong and unsportsmanlike when you contributed nothing worthy of commendable discussion unlike GS&T. Don't try to jump on the horse now and wrap your arms around GS&T to make sure you don't fall off and get your feelings hurt.

Yeah I have absolutely no problem admitting I am wrong. Now that the NHL has addressed the issue it is wrong, and I doubt we will see it again. I just find it hilarious that you attempt to throw someone under the bus and forget to check your own work before knocking a person. Next time you lunge at someone, try to make sure you don't leave yourself open to attack.

while we're at it we might as well penalize players for dangling other players making them look like fools and therefore hurting their feelings too. "Pavel Datsyuk 2 minutes for making Weber cry and feel insignificant"

good for the nhl, now that they have established that this is not allowed, it shall be penalized and we can move on. As for before i still hold my argument saying Avery should not have been penalized at that point because there was nothing to call.

oh right...no place in the nhl, maybe the rangers would love to forfeit his 3 goals he has scored for them in the playoffs so far, more so than any of our players have scored. Disagree with his actions, thats fine, but he is far from a joke and provides passion for the Rangers every time he steps on the ice.

Yes arms are important, but when they state a significant portion of the body, i dont consider dangling limbs to be part of what they mean. I think they are aiming to addressing a player with his feet or torso within the crease. Again its so minute to call an arm or a stick in the crease, its something that is not going to be called in the NHL playoffs unless there is a specific rule in the book. Its just not going to happen.

exactly but that is up to his discretion, not the nhl to institute a rule saying you must face the play so you can effectively deflect the oncoming shot.
