ozzie fans have no fear, the doubters here and no worse than the datsyuk doubters when he signed his extension, its bound to happen. Not surprised by this signing , but if ozzie keeps up the play he has shown this year, what a fantastic signing

Contributing points maybe not, but I am willing to bet if he works out and gets his life back together, he could provide a much more efficient enforcer role than sir dallas drake is right now. In my opinion he deserves a shot more than Drake, drake hasn't done anything in my eyes to contribute to this team, so to write Mac off when we clearly have a lame duck enforcer on the team is ridiculous. Sure he had an atrocious season in Calgary, but notice everyone judges that on the point contribution, and he was injured for most of the time, missing the playoffs against us as well. Give him a shot at the enforcer role, cant hurt to let him try, because I dont think we can get any worse than what Drake is contributing now...nothing Edit: Spelling

this goalie thread is different, except with osgod trying to poison it again anyway, i dont see anything wrong with alternating the goalies like we do. Keep them both hot if they still are at that point. Still a lot can happen in this season though so we will see

Everytime on these forums we start to support the splitting of the ZDH line it comes back to bite us in the ass, i have eaten crow many times on this subject. This time i think it might be different, and with homer back and maybe on a line with Z instead of sammy, these lines might be what we're looking for. Dats - Shooter Cleary - Shooter/Grit/Grinder Flip - Young player learning from both Z - shooter Homer - Gritty go to the net guy Huds - Young Player learning from both The way these two lines have been playing is pretty awesome, and with homer coming back to the second line with Z it can only get better.

I am going to have to disagree. I think the problem lies not with Wayne but with the players on the ice. The coyotes are actually turning their game around and seem to be putting together a team that can work together, they are just struggling to win at home for some reason. I believe they will keep turning it around. The whole deal of wayne being a bad coach blah blah is overplayed and anyone still thinking that probably has 0 patience for coaches and does not want to give them a chance to prove themselves. Give him a couple more years and the yotes might actually be something. They have plenty of young talent and with Bryzgalov in net now, they can continue to move forward

got to watch the end of the 2nd period and the 3rd. Dats is the man, I knew signing him long term was a good deal the day it happened, and will always stand by that decision

Yup I would rather have hasek in for this game, but we should win this one hopefully, just hoping for no injuries
