1. so is draper...no points...so is cleary no points....but they bring insane benefits from being on the ice period. 2. Still an improvement 3. no, but you said he didnt do anything, and 1 hit is big on a team which doesnt have an army of big hitters. Thanks for responding with something substantial though
-
oh boy...here we go....the beginning of the end for NJ?
-
take a ticket, and wait in line for a knowledgeable supported response, ive been waiting for weeks now
-
did you actually get to watch any of the game?
-
Again, hes been slow recently, but today looked much better. And you havent answered my questions. 1. you really think points is all that matters? Shows how much you know 2. did you watch the game, he drove hard to the net 3. you claim he didnt lay anyone out, but he did, placed a huge hit waiting for something substancial instead of your opinion, which I am sure everyone knows by now, just fyi
-
if you honestly think hockey is all about points, then youre sorely wrong. Your main man drapes isnt about points, its about what he does on the ice on the side. But of all people I assumed you would know that
-
awesome, didnt need burnside to tell me though
-
honest question, did you watch the game? Because bert had a huge hit to level one of the sharks players, and drove to the net many times, once nearly scoring
-
he actually looked much better with good drives to the net. And heres some more motivation for loving bert:

agreed. While schneids is def a huge impact player, and one of my personal favs, I think there are def positives to look forward to. Most likely if meech or any of the other D-men being called up play like quincey has for us, I think it would be perfect. As mentioned before, the new guys will be playing with veteran players, so will learn a good amount as well. As for our PP, I know it doesnt compare to schneids, but put Chelios on the PP. He has been dying for it, and his shot hasnt been so bad lately
-
wonder what hes looking at
-
no worries man, our PP had been pretty bad until it seems Homer came to rescue the day, i know it can be frustrating
-
are you so sure its the shakrs PP or the aggresive wings PK with awesome forechecking by Draper and Maltby?
-
some of the hits he placed today were nuts
-
wait sorry, did you say we're getting away with the calls this series
-

So i just stumbled across this and it is a truth and rumor article obviously, but it says Ron Wilson ripped Marleau and Guerin after the game. Calling out his players, they seem to me in shock mentally. Sharks coach furious at players Posted: Thursday May 03, 2007 07:50AM ET Sharks coach Ron Wilson didn't call them out by name, but he let it be known he's unhappy with a couple of his players. In his postgame press conference, Wilson said two of his players have had poor showings in both of the losses to the Red Wings in the Western Conference semifinals. Linemates Patrick Marleau and Bill Guerin appear to be the players Wilson targeted. Both were on the ice and closest to the Wings' Valtteri Filppula when he fed Robert Lang for a game-tying goal at 19:26 of the third period. Here
