he is the second winningest goalie in Red Wings history behind Sawchuk. If he can put up 70 wins or more in the next 3 and a half years I don't see him not making it. Thats only an average of 20 wins the next 3 seasons and assuming he can win 10 more this year.

thats not true at all!!!! holes in the head are much more useful! counting my ears, nose and mouth my 4 holes are more useful than an enforcer....all kidding aside, enforcers are great to have, but they cant just be able to fight, they need a place on the hockey team, scoring or defending

I interviewed him today. Well kinda. I shot the interview. Seems to me like not a lot of the wings actually wanted to be in Grand Rapids. They all put on their happy faces but you could tell they just wanted to get out of there. I also got to shoot interviews with Chelios, Hudler, Filppula, Ellis, Draper, and Kenny.

of course kopecky gives it up. and i believe rafalski will probably get 28 since its the only number he has worn. drake is a number ****, and i believe kopecky has worn a couple different numbers as a red wing. the question is, what will drake take, since 10 isnt available and 28 is gone.

you people cry about the people we don't get and the people we let go every fricking year and yet the wings seem to be the #1 seed in the Western Conference every year almost. Why don't you put a little more faith into Holland, Yzerman, Bowman, Nill, and the rest of the staff. They will put together a winning team! They know how much to pay a player and when it is time to say no to a player. Leave it be.

as far as I know the last 3 are still playing. I don't think Belfour has signed a contract yet, but I haven't heard any anouncement of him retiring.
