Indeed I would, but since it is 10:13 PM on June 30th, the last day of buyouts, and he is still a blue jacket, it isn't something we should count on. I still do hope next offseason when he is a UFA that he does come back though, but that topic is a year away

Do you think that other teams are going to unveil them before the draft, or even at the draft when giving Uni's to the picks? I am really interested in seeing some of the new designs, and some teams are changing logos too, like Columbus is, and I cannot wait to see what they will look like. Any news on when other teams are unveiling the new product, the WIngs in particular, because I plan on getting a Dan Cleary uniform when they are released.

Matt this site is still updated even if it is under construction and this is the best site in all my bookmarks, you are a website GOD, and I applaud you for your effort and the product you put forth for us WIngs fans every day. Keep up the good work man I think it is really cool that the NHL is doing this. Sure the unique site thing is really cool, but many sites suck and don't get updated. I thought that when MLB did it that I would hate it, but I love that all the sites are updated regularly and that there is a consistant standard that is met on every site. Having a functioning informative site for EVERY team is more important than a few really good ones and a bunch of crappy ones. I'm excited I've been waiting for this for years.

Alright don't get me wrong I love Jiri Hudler, and I think that he can become a great player in the NHL, and I always have and always will support the guy. BUT I don't know where he fits on the Wings. Our forwards next year are as follows Datsyuk-Zetterberg-Homer Franzen-Filpulla-Samuelsson Cleary-Draper-Maltby Hudler-Kopecky-Grigorenko Those are just the guys under contract except Hudler who is an RFA....The if the price is right we could bring back the Tuz, plus all the talk of brining in Kozlov,. the odd men out are really in that scenario Hudler is the first guy out because Babcock likes Kopecky more than he likes Hudler. I think that after this season, his trade value is high and that we should really trade his rights for a draft pick or in a package deal, because he really is the odd man out even though I love the guy.

If Dom thinks he can give it one more year,I hope it is with us. Honestly I think he has a better shot to win in the Eastern Conference where the travel isn't so freaking nuts, but I wouldn't want him in any other jersey. He played well even when he was obviously tired, but I think that he'll be back, the guy is a competitor through and through, nobody will ever take that out of him.

Allright so here is my 2 cents. The people in Grand Rapids think Howie needs one more year down there, I think we should give it to him. So...I think that if Dom wants to come back we should let him come back, but honestly I think part of why he slpwed down a bit towards the end of last rou was because of the Western Conference travel for a team like Detroit. If Dom was in the Eastern Conference and didn't need to travel Hell's Green Acres, I think his team would be in the finals now. BUT I also think at his age the travel regimen got to him towards the end of the Conference FInals, because although he played great, he wasn't quite himself...But Dom is not an issue, the guy proved he can play a full season, and get us deep into the playoffs, even with him slightly off his game a few more powerplay goals and that series was ours. So a lack of Power Play scoring hurt us more than DOm wearing down a tiny bit. Sorry for the ramble but overall I guess I'm saying if the money is right, DOm should be back next year and he deserves it, should he choose to retire, I think that we should sine an established back-up goalie, and have him compete with Liv to back up Ozzie...I don't think that will be an issue though.

Wings played a pretty good period as did anaheim refs are calling in anaheims favor, wings are going to need a quick goal in the 2nd to steal the momentum back.

Did Dom play well from what I saw yesterday, not inparticularly but he didnt play awful either. The guy has been amazing all playoffs, and has stole games for us. one game and everyone is pissed at him? He is a great goalie, and he is capable of winning the cup. It is one game calm down. Giguere had a comperable game in game 3 and then played like his old self and stole last nights game with a great effort in net. Hasek will be damn near unbeatable in game 5 I gaurentee it.

How many of the 3 goals, well 2 i guess since one was a PP was Hasek let out to dry by the D on, because to me he has looked good since I got back from bowling, so I doubt they'd be his fault...

Missed the first period and 3/4 at bowling class but saw the goals from afar. How has it been played. I know it didnt look like we played to well first period. How has DOm been? and how has the d been?
