His occasional dumb penalties will not help though. EDIT: That does not mean I do not want him to play though. Just am pointing out one reason he isn't thrust into the lineup. -

The physical play isn't the problem. It is that Phoenix's players are loosing their cool. The late hits after whistles is a sign that they are frustrated to me. -

Yup. Phoenix is trying to piss our boys off with their post whistle scrums, and the Wings are shrugging t off. Tippet has mastered that type of play though. They really are a Dave Tippet team. Which is a nice thing for them. He is very succesful. -

Phoenix is getting frustrated and is checking WAY after the whistles. If that keeps up I hope the refs start to lay the law. It is getting a bit out of hand. Wings played well. I like the idea of shooting anything and everything at Bryz. See how many 40-50 shot nights in a row the man can handle. -
Every time they take a 2 goal lead they take a penalty. Its like they are telling Pittspurgh...go ahead we want it to be a 1 goal game

Ottawa needs to hope they pull this one out. Fleury is settling down and Pittsburgh's skill is taking over. Just no OT guys there is no alternate channel for the Wings game if you carry over.

TOo many men is a bad penalty to take. Going to be 4-3 by the end of this. As sloppy as Pittsburgh has been, and as shaky as Fleury has been. The lack of discipline by Ottawa is terrible. A team with the talent on Pittsburgh its suicide to get in the box this much.

Personally I think Malkin means just as much if not more to the Penguins than Crosby. Which speaks colors to Malkin since Crosby is one of the best in the business.

If the Senators are going to have a chance they need to stop taking penalties. Penguins are way to talented to take as many penalties as they have.

Looks like my Pens in 5 prediction was too low of games. This series could go 6-7 games. Whole team is bombing. Penguins cant get any 5 on 5 offense going at all.
