Howard has been great ever since the Ozzie-flu I am very impressed with him and am convinced it is not just a hot streak, he really seems to be finding his stride, its very nice to see him succeeding. Also DREW MILLER...what a player. I really hope he stays when everyone is healthy, not sure how it would work but I would be very sad to see him go.

Mac is clean shaven...and doesnt have crazy curls...and is in a suit covering his tattoos...and is choosing careful well though out words.... I LOVE IT!!! I hope that he can get this job to stick. I'm glad to see him taking opportunities to keep his life in order. So proud of D-Mac.

Today illustrated to me for the millionth time why there should still be a goal judge behind the net.

I'm from Buffalo, and live in Buffalo (havent changed location back from Rochester since graduation) but: On the news the cabbie stated all he wanted was an apology, which we don't know but I think is code for I got some of that NHL 10 cover art money and lets call it a day. Reports in the local paper said that somebody, didn't specify who got physical with the cabbie. But when they were arrested Patrick Kane continuously pointed at the cabbie referring to him as "that scumbag", while his cousin insisted that the police were about to arrest Patrick Kane. "The Face of Buffalo." Regardless of the details, he and his cousin were obviously very drunk, and are clearly big assholes.

Since it took 1 or 2 seasons for his number to go back into circulation with Meech...NO I honestly think Lidstrom is the only other shoe in for number retirement. Ozzie is one I hope for but will go either way. Feds...oh what may have been had you either stayed...or if the blue jackets had traded you to us and not Washington...but as is sadly no. No one else is worth considering.

Yes Chicago is 12-5-2 without hossa but they are 2-3-1 on the road...granted Detroit is not any better...but they have player more road games... Also Detroit is 9-3-3 without Franzen and some of that includes without Filppula and without Williams... so a more injury depleted wings is keeping pace with the Hawks after a butt ugly start to the season. Things will even out. Hope to see the Hawks in the playoffs. The 7.14 million dollar man (Campbell) can win us the series with piss poor defense for the second consecutive year.

Eh we are a few weeks away from displacing them and taking our rightful spot on top of the division...we will see who sucks then. Season record: Wings 1-0-0 you can beat the rest of 'em but until you win a series I'm okay. Wings won season series last year...Wings won playoff series last year. Wings Winning season series through 1 this year. Go WINGS!!!
