I tend to agree with you here, and think that with that scenario they give Eaves an actual chance to do something...He won't get rolling one game every 3-4 nights... Then maybe you send Abdelkader down when Helm is back and leae Kindl up for a while if he played well.

Yes, but until Franzen is back the Wings have the flexibility to add anyone from GR they see fit...so why not take advantage of it and see if Kindl would do better then Lebda or Meech, then if he does, there are no quams about lettting Lebda walk at the end of the year when he is a UFA

To everyone that is saying that Stuart deserved that penalty if you look back at the play Shirokov looks at Stuart coming and turns his back to the play...that negates a would be boarding call... boarding is when you come up behind a guy that doesn't know you are there and you wreck him, not when you turn your back to the play to avoid contact like a little *****...

Bite the lip Hank draw the double!!! I remember when I was at a game and I was younger Shanny got high-sticked and went to the bench, he must have bit his lip because he then skates like a bat out of hell to the ref to show blood and drew the double miner... Wish Hank had done it there... Atta Boy J-DUB!!! If you told me the Wings would score 5 on Luongo this morning I'd ask you who you're crack dealer was... Hopefully they break out the slump here!!!!

Thats because thats what it was...Shirkorov sees Stuart coming, then turns his back to him and embelishes...the close ref should have added a dive to offset the minors...

My problem with the Shirkorov is that in the past if the center ice ref calls a penalty like that on a trip the close ref is not afraid to add a diving to it to offset the center ice official's call...that should have happened there... There is no lucky break that this team could buy this season... Even with Ed Belfour's Billion Dollars...

It was as much of a penalty as the one that gave us the PP we took the go ahead goal on. GOD DAMMIT...shirkorov turned his back to the hit he saw coming and gets the call that is bull s***...

One of the Wings own D-men cut in front of Howard as Schneider was unleashing the the shot...and we all know Schneids has a rocket so it was in before he knew the shot was on its way really...

First game in a while that I think this team has gotten more resilient and harder to play against when adversity has hit late in a game instead of giving up...nice to see some emotion back on the ice.
